Got me out of a hole
I'd had a bit of bad luck and had made "too many claims" on my current provider, making it difficult to not only renew but also to find a new provider. The'r guy was really helpful and, whilst the eventual solution was expensive I didn't get the feeling that I was being milked.

Excellent customer service
I was late in renewing my policy due to various family circumstances. Despite this, the team did a wonderful job in securing a perfect policy and managed to secure my no claims too, despite the gap.
They were very kind, very knowledgeable and very speedy.
