Evan was friendly, efficient and patient (I had a lot of questions). The quote covered everything I needed and was reasonable compared to others. They have a phone number which appealed to me rather than everything on app/online. I want to be able to speak to a human in the event I have to make a claim. Customer services followed up the day after I took out the insurance, to check if I had any further questions or needed help with anything else. I'm impressed with this company.
