Building and contents policy
I’ve taken out a buildings and contents policy with One Insurance Solution today and in comparison to my previous supplier this company was like a breath of fresh air!
I spoke initially to James who was friendly and very helpful. This was Friday afternoon and as my request wasn’t straightforward, he thought it would be Monday before my quote would be finalised so I went out to do some gardening. He got back to me within the hour and left a message, so I then spoke to Eamon who was equally helpful. Everything was sorted quickly and efficiently.
Hopefully I’ll never have to claim on my insurance, but if claims are settled with the professionalism I’ve experienced today I’ll be very satisfied.
