Placed an order for a muzzle brake sept,16 the shipping charge was usps priority, almost a week the order says"still in process" emailed them but now reply. Very unacceptable reviews.... Lesson learned will definite read customer feedback when ordering.

Received my Cold Steel order without any delay. Good packaging and the support is reponsive.

If I could give Omaha Outdoors a no star rating, I would. I placed an order on April 13th, and as of May 9th I am still waiting for it to ship.

I messaged them twice thru their website, with no response. You can't get a live person on the phone when calling so I left a voicemail on April 28th asking about when my order would ship. I did get a call back the next day and they told me it was coming from a sister warehouse and that it would ship out that week.

Here I am almost 2 weeks later and still nothing. I have tried leaving messages several times over the past week, but now their voice mailbox is full.

I have sent more messages thru their website, and now also on their Instagram page (which they show activity on), and still no responses.

I will never place an order with them again, and will advise against them if anyone ever asks. Absolutely ridiculous business and customer service

Ordered 3 magazines on 12/28/24. They say processing is 5-7 business days. Today is 12 business days and no emails emails or return phone calls. I will never order from them again. If you can get your product somewhere else, save yourself time and order elsewhere.

I ordered a shotgun on 11/16/2024 and allowed more than the required 10 business days before reaching out to customer service. Customer service will not answer emails but will return phone calls. The customer service department provided no information and blamed their distributor for lack of shipping. Their management would not speak with me and obviously put no pressure on this distributor to satisfy the order. I was constantly encouraged by customer service to just cancel, which I ultimately did on December 19th. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

This place is truly terrible to order from. You will not get your order on time if you get your order at all before deciding to cancel and get a refund I would strongly suggest you check all and any other options before waisting your time and money with this place do your research and do yourself a favor and do not purchase from them

Ordered bullets they sent wrong cal, They will not correct their mistake or take back for exchange of the correct product. At minimum they should have offered a big discount for the correct bullets. I would not buy from this company they can't be trusted.

This website is not good for buying firearms i placed a order for a ruger 57 as first order was in processing for longer than 7 days i had orderd 2 magazines for the pistol and those were processed whit in 2 days i refunded the entire order they never tried to contact me if there was a issue whit the ruger 57 also had to call them over 15 times for them to answer a phonecall

I put a ceracoated Glock 19x on a 4 month Layaway plan on Dec. 5 with omahaoutdoors.com. I knew I would pay it off early either two or three months in but I still had to wait at the moment for personal reasons so I figured I might as well lock one in and at least make some small payments at the same time.... welllll Not only did I eventually realize that the payments were not coming out automatically like I thought it would, I ended up realizing that I haven't even payed for my second installment of my 4 month payment plan on my items so I wpuld now have to fork over more money that I thought was alr ready handled.
I ALSO realized that when I originally initiated the layaway plan it said "backorder okay" and "will ship by Dec. 22nd" or maybe 23rd, But Now when I checked again, ready to pay the remaining balance so I can get my items it said "backorder okay" " will ship by Feb. 22nd".............. So I called to ask what the deal was and also another question that was unrelated to the issues so I began with that one as a way to initiate a smooth interaction after that went fine and quickly, I explained that it sucked that I thought it was an autopay situation to which he basically replied oh well if you would have looked, it says.... blah blah... im sure somewhere in fine print that everybody knows that nobody actually reads it because nobody understand it, But ok, I accept that responsibility and was really only expressing how the situation was unfortunate. After this I told him that it was ridiculous that items that I put on layaway almost two months ago would still take a month to ship if I paid it off today. I guess since he apparently couldnt see that message on his side of the screen, it wasn't an issue, or I was making something up. The problem is... since I had to wait all weekend already (not their fault) but they also don't even open until noon on monday... sooo, I had to run some errands and was right by a Bass Pro Shop in Ft. Myers, I decided to walk in and check out if they had. 19x since in my head, I now would have to wait a full extra month to receive my items. Bass Pro DID have a few 19x's but I told them I was going to call Omaha Outdoors first before making the purchase. I called. I tried to reasonably explain my issues and got some dude who gave me Sass and acted like a b*tch so I told them IDGAF about that lil deposit they get to keep but they won't get anymore of my money and imma trash them publicly every chance I get. F*,*k You Omaha Outdoors.

I recently ordered a pistol from Omaha Outdoors. I was a bit worried because the gun was a special order, not in stock, showing a ship date of a couple weeks out. The order shipped on the date they estimated and arrived at my local FFL a day later. Emails were timely. All in all, good customer service. Immediately ordered a holster and accessories from them.

One of the few places selling the new FN 545 18-round magazines. Showed lots of stock. Then they email to say they have zero and cancelled my order. No apology for wasting my time or any coupon for the inconvenience. Just terrible eCommerce business that is not one bit professional! I highly advise people to shop elsewhere!
