If I could leave -5 stars I would. Company is a Joke! I purchased ammo and a magazine. Got the magizine a 10 days later, ammo hadn't shipped. I contacted them and heard back in 5 days apologizing and shipped the ammo. It then shows up beat up, lids off, busted cases. I went to try it anyway and it had many failure to fire incidents. I contacted USAGUNSTORE and they made excuses, offered no help or refund and told me to contact Remington. After that argued with me at length because I continued to ask for resolution. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN!

If I could give a lower rating I would. I ordered 2 Howa magazines that did not fit my rifle. I spoke to Troy and asked if I could return them early in November, 2024. Troy assured me he would be more than happy to resolve this problem. He explained there would be a restocking fee which I agreed to. NO refund as of 1/15/2025 so I think I'm going to be out at least $100. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

Purchased some ammo from them and received it very quickly in a few days. They have great communication sending out emails when the order is fulfilled, shipped, and delivered.

Good company to work with. Purchased several times and always a postive experience.

I.ordered 5.7x28 ammunition. I received .380 ammunition. I advised the seller by email. I received an email from the seller advising the ordered is complete. I tried to contact the seller by phone more than 7 times. No response. Not able to leave an email. No other contact.
