Fab service. James Morrison went above and beyond. The fact that he owned the car that I was looking to lease helped to convert me! James is also a lovely guy and great experience talking through the lease scheme too - he was extremely knowledgeable!

Love everything Octopus have to offer and all the change they are creating whilst making the availability and affordability more accessible.

Absolutely horrendous.

Ordered a car in August, signed the contract, an then they wrote to me many weeks later saying they made a mistake and couldn't honour the price or supply the car anymore.

Finally they agreed on an alternative vehicle and offered me a temporary car to apologise for the delay. Good in theory. But then they then charged me more for the temporary car (worse car) than the car I had ordered.

Fast forward three months and the temporary car STILL HASN'T ARRIVED! I called them again and they said they actually forgot to place order the temporary car!!

So three months later (when my actual car was suppose to be here), the temporary car they promised still isn't here. What's even worse is that they can't give me any info on when the actual car or the temporary car will arrive. Apparently they are struggling to get hold of the people that supply the temporary cars - bare in mind this is three months after signing the original contract!

A total and complete shambles for the company that actively markets themselves as having the best customer service.

I can tell you that their promises of great service are a total lie and you are better off ordering direct from a dealership - forget these clowns.

Leon was very helpful and responsive.

Car will not charge at home or public chargers. Was told by Octopus to contact their Driver Line - Did this but RAC did not recognise car. Then told by Octopus to try Cupra breakdown - Got told by them that warranty cover had expired in July so they couldn't help. Went round in more circles with Octopus. RAC eventually came to house but didn't even try to do anything as it was charging issue. Then got told by Octopus that RAC had reported AC charging was working (it doesn't) so they were essentially washing hands of matter. Similar experience last year with a coolant leak. If you are thinking about using Octopus EV - take my advice and just don't. Customer service is appalling and they seem only to keen to duck out of responsibilities.
