Support was great, Bash talked me through all my options and answered any questions that i had.

The communication by email with the team is always prompt and helpful.

Dani was a top sales representative. He is incredibly detailed and carefully took me through the options. I especially like that he included the BIK rate in his quote and led me through the decisions clearly. He was also highly personable and clearly put in effort to find me the right car. I wish all sales reps were like Dani.

Victoria Foley-knight was absolutely fantastic and if this review was purely on her side it would 100% be 5* and she is the only reason it has stayed higher.

I have tried to arrange a call with charger installations team on 3 separate occasions with the team calling over an hour late where the time is then not appropriate or just not calling at all. If it was not for Victoria I would not have proceeded with the order.

From initial reviewing Octopus EV leasing, getting the quote, ordering, agreeing delivery date and now more importantly after service. Every step has been made simple and I have been kept informed all the way.

Very impressed with David and the whole Octopus EV team for their dedication and assistance with my journey into my new car purchase. I am very happy with how easy it was to understand the process and find my car. Thank you for your support and looking forward to my new car being delivered!

Very quick to want a review but thought i would wait a couple of weeks until i actually had the car. ive had the car 2 weeks and have an issue - Emailed Octopus twice with no reply and sandicliffe who dropped the car off. Its been a week now with no response.

Very quick to get your order and the aftercare is appalling. Hoping this review may speed up them coming back to me!

I was kept informed throughout the entire process and always knew what to expect. Every question I had was answered, and I was given plenty of time to review and understand everything.

Sophie contacted me following delivery of my vehicle to check everything had gone smoothly and that my insurance had come through. She also ensured I was aware of how to get in contact for various issues during my lease, breakdown, MOT, tyres etc. Her communication was friendly and clear.

Amazing service provider, she answered all my questions. Very happy with the service.

Martin was excellent, helped me through the whole process.

Extremely helpful helplines and experts, in particular Dan Khan answered all questions and was patient and friendly throughout.

The whole process of choosing vehicle, organising a home charger, getting an ev tariff was straightforward. The lady on the phone was very cheery, polite and knowledgeable- made the whole process easy.

Lauren was extremely helpful & informative.
She answered all of my questions & gave me solutions, acting as a point for information that I still require that she has no access to/not allowed to send me.
Lauren has forwarded the information required to the correct departments & is regularly keeping me informed.
An absolute delight to deal with.

Now I am through the process, I can say that the whole thing went smoothly enough. During the process however, the tracker was not helpful and did not update with enough relevancy or as each stage progressed.

If it weren't for my POC, Sofia, I would have withdrawn my deposit. Sofia has been an excellent contact from start to finish, and really helped get the information across to me that should be on the tracker when dealing with something as big as a car. She came back to me quickly, professionally, and every time I emailed.

Sofia has also helped me outside of acquiring the car, with both a software issue, and an incorrect email from Octopus Energy claiming I had won a prize where I hadn't (still extremely disappointed, Octopus).

Sofia is an asset to your business.

Dealt with Jamie was quick and easy everything was straight forward super excited now to see my new electric car nervous aswell cause this is my first time

Customer service - very easy ordering process!
David was super and very enthusiastic.

I was working with Jess on an issue I had with sorting out a credit to my account and most people would have just told me no but took the time to research my issue and ensured that I had all the information.

Went above and beyond to talk to the relevant departments to make sure that information was crossed checked and could proceed with the correct information. I was happy and amazed by the support as it was one that could havve been ignored. I was very grateful to Jess for the support and help.
