My journey to EV has been fantastic. I went for the salary sacrifice work scheme and the team at Octopus energy made the whole journey seamless and stress free. Ebony was my contact for the journey and she was great, cheerful and helpful and kept me up to date and checked in with me along the way.
I had emails on next steps, Octopus even arranged national grid to upgrade my fuse box for home charging. All seamlessly arranged with the delivery of my beautiful new car and a welcome pack.

A bit of confusion when charging for the first time.

The process is fairly straightforward and the customer service at octopus are very helpful. They are polite and professional. Ethan my case handler has provided outstanding service and kept me up to date with every stage once I had finished ordering. My car arrived way before I expected it which was a major bonus. Needless to say I am very happy with the service octopus team has provided.

I cannot fault the experience I have had since ordering my new EV. It has been absolutely brilliant. Unfortunately on the day of delivery my car had a system fault and had to be returned to MG for diagnosis and repair which left me stranded. However the customer service from octopus was incredible sourcing me a courtesy car in the meantime and refunding all financial losses I incurred from insurance and travel. James at octopus vehicles was amazing sourcing everything and ensuring that I was not left in the lurch. He personally traced everything and made sure, although my experience was unfortunate, that I was looked after every step of the way. 5 stars
