My contact at OCL has been Lucia Raffo and she has kept me up to date on progress and answered any questions I had in a timely and professional manner. When there was the possibility of a court case she was very reassuring, though I’m pleased to say that the matter has been settled prior to this.

David Vaughan at OCL handled my case.
David was great when he communicated with me however, I would say I was not updated as much as I had hoped.
I also found the process took a long while, accident on 15th December 2024, settled in May 2026. That may be a personal view as I have never claimed personal injury before, however see other reviews on here that have settled within a few weeks/months of an incident taking place
However, I have settled, David helped get that settlement through, and the timing delay could simply be the processes involved as I am not a solicitor so do not know the detail.
Would I use OCL again, yes I would, and this time I would be a bit more "eyes open" in regard to the process.
