This insurance company is literally the WORST I've ever used - and I will NOT be using again!
I have a Platinum policy and made a claim
Only to be told the didn't have a courtesy car for me (which I PAID for) which delayed my repair.
In the MEANTIME - beCAUSE of the fact my previous damage had left my truck LID insecure - it has NOW been vandalised and totally ripped OFF!
You CANNOT speak to anyone
When you do the staff couldn't care less!
They claim to have "Live Chat" - but it doesn't work
They don't give a toss about their customers and I'm FURIOUS!
Steer clear at ALL costs!

The operator was very professional and efficient with the questions asked.
The operators telephone manner was exceptional.

Excellent communication and service. My car is in for repairs with One Call currently and has issued me with a courtesy hire car. When speaking with Nathaniel (NL3) he very kindly arranged for a bigger hire to be delivered to me as the one I currently have is too small for my Hen weekend taking place next week. He eased the pressure of me worrying about having a car too small and the transition was informative, helpful and very polite. Very happy customer!!

I have spoken to seven of your employees and told them the true about the driver who was at my back and he knocked my car at the right side and I did explained to all of them how this incident happened because it wasn’t my fault. I told them I’m not doing any claim to my car insurance because when I came out to pick up both doors moulding that drive already went that why I didn’t see his car registration number. I have got my doors moulding fixed and I have paid for it. I was sh you all to have a good day.
