Just awful, they have £244 or a returned order and now I cannot get my money back as apparently I selected a gift card option which someone else advised me it was automatically selected, there wasn’t an option to change this. I will be going to my bank to carry out a charge back, I would suggest anyone experiencing the same issues as me to do the same

Do not buy from this company also linked with Debenhams. They have sent a barcode for a return and will not issue refund as said the return states oasis and not Debenhams , when they sent the barcode. This is after 6 weeks of videos, emails fighting for a refund.

Abismal. Returned three dresses in accordance with the returns policy and only refunded for one. Customer service don’t care and literally ignore your messages. Still trying to chase the money that has been withheld from me by oasis stores.

I wasn’t happy with product so I returned. I choose clear pay. Even though they confirm my return back to the warehouse, they continue deduct money. Now when I inquire the issue same answer received no action. No contact number. Don’t cheat with ur customers money. I never recommend this company. This is completely a doggy company. Don’t shop with this company.

I waited all day til 9 pm on 22/1 as per the email and 23/1 as per their gaslighting. Now it will be 2/2 for no reason, horrible customer service, I am disabled and I can’t schedule help to drag it in, I’ve let them know, they say receive it first and return it, but will I receive it hun? I don’t have the strength to wait by the window random long days. Now I’m locked in waiting and no refund can be issued before they receive it, whenever that is. Shameful. Allow me to upload a screenshot to see the email full of deceit.

I placed my first order online with Oasis during November for a few jackets that were intended as Christmas gifts. THE RETURN AND REFUND ISSUE IS CURRENTLY ONGOING WITH NO END IN SIGHT.......

I had to chase the company regarding delivery as it was taking longer than expected, but I did not receive a response. My order eventually arrived, however, the jackets received were massively oversized, the size states as size 12 but these jackets have been manufactured as a size 16! I do not want a replacement or gift card, I WANT TO RETURN MY ORDER FOR A REFUND - HOW IS SIMPLE REQUEST SO DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND AND PROCESS!!!!

Email me a return label and organise a courier to collect the incorrectly manufactured goods in reference to my order DUX047838227.

I am unable to process the return via the website, and the only way to contact Oasis is via What’s App or Facebook. From the 12th December 2025, I have sent more than 5 messages on both platforms and all my messages remain unanswered. I have every communication sent which confirms by experience!!!

I located an email address for Oasis via my payment transaction details, and I was horrified to discover Oasis’s Customer Service was DEBENHAMS!!! If I had know this prior to placing the order, I would never have purchased from the Oasis website, and this is where the nightmare begins!!!!

I have now sent over 10 emails trying to organise collection of the faulty manufactured items and the request of a prepaid returns label but it has become an utter nightmare. No consistent responses and upon receiving the 2 replies, there is major lack of understanding of the situation, all I want to do is return the faulty items!

This company claims that they are a ‘British Fashion Brand’ however, where are the English resources that are being used to make these fashion items??? Oasis, along with other UK based companies are all using foreign resources to maintain their companies, and they are exploiting the individuals in call centres from the very countries the resources originate.

The entire disrespectful disregard for their staff and customers is abhorrent, and the majority of companies have horrific customer services now! The entire process of trying to simply return faulty items is a despicable nightmare, you cannot speak to anyone to resolve an issue, and I have to spend months of my life being tortured during this returns process.

Without customers, there is no business!!!!

I do not trust this company on any level, they are horrendously unprofessional and utterly incompetent! They have once again kept my money and refused to act with any professional decorum, they are supposed to be a business and their inability to communicate with their customers is mind blowing!

I have been waiting for a refund since November. The communication with Oasis is absolutely appalling. I have provided all the proof even though they have told me they have received the item. I have been communicating with Oasis for 5 1/2 weeks now and I still have not received my refund. I will never ever use Oasis again and I would highly recommend that no one else does - unless you want your money stolen, because it appears from all the reviews that I’ve read online, that I am not the only one this is happening to. In fact I would say it’s happening to pretty much all of their customers.

Disgusting service! I will never order from them again! I never knew the company had been swallowed by Boohoo et al or I would have never ordered from them. They added delivery protection to my order without me realising and have refused to refund me. They are a very unscrupulous company. Customer service is very poor, nonexistent. I have never experienced anything like this from a British company. Scam!

Bought a jacket on line from
Oasis but needed to return. Commenced the return process and tracked it journey which indicated it had been successfully returned.
When enquiring about my refund the oasis customer support couldn't trace my order despite giving them order number details and return details that they provided !! I am still waiting for this to be resolved.
Currently received no response to my last to emails-not counting the auto response.
So unhappy with this issue, why should I remain out of pocket after following the reruns process correctly.

I initiated refunds for three items, two were purchased in a single order. Two coats in one order and then a third coat in a second,separate order. Two orders. Three items. This was initiated on 13/12/2025 using a tracking number Oasis themselves provided to me. They've said the refund was processed for two items but said the third coat hadn't been returned as was marked as dispatched. (Im contacting them via messenger, which I had to inconveniently download.) I sent an image of the post office receipt confirming three items for the three coats and they say they can't handle images, so what am I supposed to do?? This isn't my issue, I've sent the coat, used the tracking reference, and I'm not getting support. I've communicated with three different people and it's like they are rushing, refusing to listen and don't care. They keep saying refunds were initiated for two items. Yes I KNOW. Not talking about that! I'm referring to the second order for the size 14 coat. I've been chasing and chasing and still nothing. When am i getting my refund? you have stolen my money at this point.

I purchased a Petite Lace Yoke Jacquard Midi Prom Dress (Charcoal, size 14) on 20 November and returned it because it was too small and the quality was poor compared to expectations. Debenhams confirmed receipt of my return on 30 November, but I have not received any refund since.

Oasis only provides AI-generated responses since yesterday the 19th December claiming the refund was processed, which is not true. I received no money, voucher, or gift card, and there is no way to contact a human agent, no phone number or email. I’ve now had to raise a case with PayPal to recover my money. Very frustrating experience. I will never purchase anything from them.

I bought a dress that looked amazing on the website. I ordered. Payment denied, so re- ordered. Guess what- yes, 2 of the same dresses arrived, so paid double too.
The real “thing” was nothing like advertised. Stiff fabric, side zips not working easily (x2), very ill- fitting. Colour slightly different but not too bad that I’d return. The first problem was the fit. My chest (not too small by any account) - would need to swell to incredible proportions to make either dresses fit! Now onto returns! It seems I purchased from Debenhams not Oasis 😒. I have scoured the website (both) for info on how to return and obtain a refund! Haha. What a joke. No way can I possibly process this. I would never purchase from here again, even if desperate. Traumatic experience for me, even though yours may differ! If I could award minus stars I would!

Ordered Men's Quarter Buttoned Cable Knit Swearter with Leather Elbow Patches, XXL. Very thin polyester and not cable knit. It was just a pattern of cabel knit. Leather elbows are 100% felt. Size is max and XL NOT XXL. Shipping and Tracking was a nightmare. Company is from China.

Absolutely rubbish.. I’ve returned coat to them in November and still waiting for refund. Customer service is not responding.. this is not what you should expect. Will never order from them again and strongly advise you to do the same!!!

Found a ladies jumper on line showing as available. Within 24 hrs Oasis advised item was in fact out of stock. Cost of jumper was refunded but cost of postage was not. Contacted them by SMS and messenger and got generic AI response. Supposedly being escalated to customer services but no response to my messages.

company contacted me after leaving a review on 26th November asking for more information. Have sent the information over, still no refund for items returned of 2 parcels!

Update: 7-1-25 Still no refund despite emailing twice with the details of my returns - waiting on over £100!

I would give zero stars if I could. Oasis are thieves and having received my return back on the 21st November nearly two weeks later I don't have the money back in my account. There is no proper customer service I just keep getting the same message that the funds are on their way through the payment system (does it really take that long?) I will never order from there again. Such a shame because I really like their clothes

Do not use if you want a refund. I have been contacting customer service about the wrong amount gift voucher refund and now they say because it is over a month since my return they can no longer help me. Absolutely ridiculous, you can only message anyone and they just keep sending me the same message without trying to help solve the problem and actually refund me for items I have returned! Do not buy from them!

Finally got my refund from oasis it’s taken since 3rd October to get it back very disappointing .

I ordered Circulon pans on 5th November, I’ve had no updates , Oasis have NO number to call them , contacted them on WhatsApp ! They said “ an agent will contact you “ .. that didn’t happen … NO updates on my order on their website ! Impossible to to get ANY answers OR a refund ! Possibly the WORST company to buy anything from in the UK! Avoid at all costs ! You’ll be lucky if you even recieve what you’ve paid for ! OR even get a refund ! Disgraceful
