Appalling experience. Placed an order for a summer hat but it was never passed to the courier (Evri). I kept chasing Customer Services and kept getting ignored. Then I got an email saying I was being refunded. I tried to contact Customer Services again to explain I still want the item and requested they resend it. They responded to me with a template message which just kept saying I was being refunded. So frustrating. Terrible service. Do not use.
Paid Next Day Delivery for Nothing
Ordered a dress for a funeral I paid so much extra for next day delivery and it didn’t come the next day. It’s not even out for delivery. They should be charging so much for a service they cannot provide. They refuse to refund me the postage costs. Absolutely disgusting service. I qualified for free standard delivery but paid £9.74 altogether for a “next day” delivery.

Very poor quality and no Return support
Very poor quality from a firm that used to get it right. Refund is a BIG hassle. Over a week now and cannot get through to speak to anyone as it is all online on messenger and they repeat the questions over and over again. Complaining to the Civil Rights bureau as bought for 100's of pounds and just two dresses were OK rest had very poor quality. Zips particularly are bad. you are better to shop at H&M or Shein. The quality here is very Poor

Absolutely shocking customer service from start to finish.
I originally returned 3 bridesmaid dresses to Oasis Fashion after two arrived damaged, including visible staining and marks on the dresses. At first, they refused to refund ANY of the items and kept directing me elsewhere despite the dresses arriving damaged in sealed packaging.
After weeks of back and forth, I finally managed to get refunds for the 2 damaged dresses. However, I also returned a third dress (size 8) on 03/04/26 and I have still not received the refund for this item.
When I contacted customer service, I was specifically told the process could take up to 29 days, so I waited patiently as advised. Once that timeframe had passed and I chased the missing refund, I was suddenly told they were “unable to investigate” because too much time had passed since the return.
So I followed the exact timeframe THEY told me to wait, only to then be told it was “too late” for them to help.
I have proof of return, screenshots of all conversations, and evidence that I contacted them within the advised timeframe. Despite this, I have spent weeks going round in circles receiving copy-and-paste responses and no proper resolution.
This has been incredibly stressful and frustrating, especially while trying to organise a wedding. The entire process has felt dismissive and exhausting from the very beginning.
I will now be escalating this through my bank and Trading Standards if the remaining refund is not resolved promptly.
Would not recommend.

Appalling Service: Broken Promises and Contradictory Information

I could give zero stars, I would. This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered.
I returned my item on 24/03/26, and it was delivered to them on 26/03/26. I specifically chose a voucher refund because their T&Cs promised it would be issued the next day. It took THREE WEEKS and endless chasing, providing "proof of delivery" multiple times, only to be met with total incompetence.
The level of internal confusion is staggering:
I was promised in writing by "Ashlin" that a refund of £16.76 would be sent to my Apple Pay account by April 23rd.
Instead, they ignored that and forced a gift card refund on April 14th.
They have violated their own terms and conditions and provided nothing but copy-paste responses. I don't want "extra credit" or gift cards for a shop I will never use again. I want my money back on my original payment method as a matter of principle after so many lies and delays.
Avoid Oasis Fashion at all costs. They don't respect their customers or their own regulations

Absolutely awful. Paid for fast delivery as i needed the item for an interview, and it wasnt even dispatched until after the planned delivery date. When it did arrive I needed to return as the interview had already passed (obviously) and the only way to return was at my charge, despite waiting a ridiculous amount of time for customer service to get back to me on messenger (they never actuslly respond). Lets see if I actually get my return money now. I have low expectations

Utterly awful. I forgot how bad this company was for getting around to refunding your returns; been trying to get in touch regarding a return that they received over 5 days ago and so far no sign of a refund, no confirmation of return received, nothing. They no longer offer any real way of getting in touch with them - no email, contact number - no surprises there as they clearly want to avoid having to deal with the sheer amount of complaints they would likely receive for similar issues. Frankly it should be illegal for businesses not to supply legitimate contact options for customers. Won't be buying from them ever again and I suggest you don't either if you don't want to tear your hair out trying to get your money back from them.

If I could give no stars I would. Sent me a pair of odd shoes instead of the dress I ordered for a wedding. Obviously swapped on route. Had to return them , no apologies, no refund still. Have not mentioned the shoes and aren’t showing in the returns tracker. Very poor customer service , no phone service, just Bots. Will never shop there again

Disgraceful and misleading.
I am disgusted that I chose to pay £4.99 for delivery, once I payed for my order the company have taken an extra £7.88 for extra delivery protection. This was purposely hidden and very misleading. It says without it you cannot return any item unless it’s faulty. I will not be ordering from them again.

He/she was very helpful within the limits of what they could do. The trainers did come quicker than expected. Maybe the company have improved ? They should make delivery times much more transparent at the checkout though. Thank you Kai on the customer services - this was very good.

After many years as a customer and advocate for this brand, I unfortunately will now never shop here again.
My most recent returns experience has been a complete nightmare, and still ongoing, because they cannot send me a return code for some unknown reason? Trying to acquire one through all the available channels has proved futile.

I returned 3 dresses on 14th February 2026 and a month later I still haven’t received a refund. AI messages originally said that I’d have to wait 14 days for the return to be processed and then a further 5 days for the money to be refunded but now that that time has come and gone, I no longer get replies and am just told an agent will get back to me. This hasn’t happened and I’m still waiting for a refund. There is no way to speak to a proper person either so I’m now stuck!

Sent faulty jeans and despite multiple attempts through the only channels they provide I was unable to speak to anyone and never got a response to arrange a return. Only way to get a refund was requesting a chargeback through the bank. AVOID.
Just awful
Just awful, they have £244 or a returned order and now I cannot get my money back as apparently I selected a gift card option which someone else advised me it was automatically selected, there wasn’t an option to change this. I will be going to my bank to carry out a charge back, I would suggest anyone experiencing the same issues as me to do the same
