Great customer service when I had a question , excellent product

This backpack looks amazing. It feels extremely well built. I am Reserving the right to edit this review and do a more complete review after I receive the correct item. A little disappointed that I was sent the wrong color that I ordered. I now have to return and wait several weeks on a replacement because the color matters for my job. It’s an annoyance but not a deal breaker.

ordered boot on 27 July and estimated delivery date was 14 Aug. customer service created replacement order but not willing to provide expedited service, asking me another 10-12 business days to receive tha shipment. Not satisfied with delayed/lost shipment issues and resolved for another 10 + days waiting.

I would rate this website zero if I could. This is the second year in row that I have tried to order glasses and their processes, customer service, and execution were horrible.

On this recent order, I've spent over an hour on hold, spoke to three supposed supervisors only to learn that the lenses for the sunglasses are not available and they have no idea when they will be. When I ordered the glasses, I specifically looked to see that they were available.

Most terrible customer service you can expect. The term these days is called "sludge". They keep passing you incorrect information, push the delivery to the right and never give you the truth.

Oakley SI is definitely not worth the aggravation!

Ordered prescription sunglasses at a lower cost than Oakley's retail site. Process was very simple, although I couldn't locate a way to add my vision insurance, so I assume that isn't available. I did receive an additional 10% code, which probably offset some of that. Thank you OakleySI.

Easy to maneuver and easy to get your selection done.

Helmet fits as described, feels like a second skin. I've been surfing Pipeline for 30 years, never wore a helmet OR a leash because I hated having anything in my way on the drop, had too many experiences being hogtied and the helmets of the 90s always limited your peripheral vision and hearing. You don't know how important your ears are in surfing until they're covered. This helmet interferes with nothing, I honestly forget it's on most of the time.

NO FACE PROTECTION. But that's kind of the lesser of the evils, please don't screw this helmet up by building face protection into it.

Best product I've paid for in decades, and the right price. Great job Oakley, even the corporate goons get it right occasionally.

Website glitch free, easy to order, and if there is any problem with your prescription fitting your frame they let you know right away. This website offers the best deal for all first responders, active duty military, and veterans hands down. I'm going to use them for my lenses on my sunglasses also.

I used paypal to place an order and somehow the address that is on my order is half my address and half an old address that is not even saved on my paypal or on my account. The address is undeliverable and after paying for express shipping they can't proactivly send me a new order until I am notified it was undeliverable and sent back to them. I understand its my fault for not double checking the city and state more carefully. But how can you not be proactive when you can clearly search and not find that address existing? Also Paypal has my order summary as the correct address so I'm not sure how your website has it wrong.

Have a pair of old Oakley's they no longer make (Splinter). I bought them when I was active. Finally found replacement lenses because they no longer make them. Like all over priced Oakley's they started to bubble up from cheap laminate. Unfortunately couldn't get the screws out to replace. NEVER buying another pair...telling all my friends they're overrated and the NexTel of sunglasses. They're war profiteers period. Beware the hype.

Meets Z87 standard does not mean that the product will have the Z87 stamp. Speed Jackets are advertised as meeting ANSI Z87 standards, I foolishly assumed that meant the frames would be stamped. I was mistaken. Too bad because the glasses seem great. I'm conflicts here, I've given Oakley alot of business over the years and been thoroughly pleased until now. If the product meets the requirements why are they not stamped? Especially when it's implied that they are because they "meet requirements" in the product description aswell as show as a result when using search filter for Z87. Misleading as best dangerous at worst, very disappointed in Oakley. Return process has been easy enough so far.

I love Oakley SI. I’ve been using it for years. Great products and lots of great deals. Also love that they have delivered to me to FPO/APO addresses when I’m deployed. Customer service is great too when I have issues with my order.
