So happy that as a service member, I’ve had this awesome discount for such high quality products for 20+ years. This experience was no different. My first pair of prescription glasses (progressive), and it was user friendly, quick, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Cool looking, extremely comfortable, and they work flawlessly!

Ordered custom Holbrook XL. When they arrived frames are bigger than expected. No refund. My fault but not happy.

I absolutely LOVE these glasses! I haven’t owned transition lenses in a very long time because I found that they did not return to completely clear. I purchased the Feedback wire frame in rose gold with prizm tungsten polarized lenses [Product Code:OO4079-3159]. They arrived in just a few days and looked exactly as I hoped/expected! They transition from clear to dark and back quickly. Highly recommend for prescription transition lens option!!

J'ai acheté une paire de lunettes Sutro Light S. J'ai voulu changer la commande car je me suis trompé dans le type de verre. Lorsque j'ai essayé sur le site internet, il était indiqué qu'il y avait une erreur. J'étais pourtant dans le délai de 1h00. J'ai ensuite essayé de contacter le service client, mais ils étaient fermés. Le lendemain matin, première heure, je tente la même manœuvre sur internet, sans succès avec le même message d'erreur. Je recontacte le service à la clientèle, on me dit que c'est impossible d'annuler puisque j'ai dépassé le délai de 1h00. Je demande à parler à un superviseur, on me répond la même chose. J'ai rarement vu quelque chose d'aussi ridicule. Je dois attendre la paire de lunettes chez moi pour ensuite les retourner pour effectuer un remboursement. C'est contre-productif pour tous. Oakley doit payer des employés, l'expédition, ensuite je dois ré-expédier le produit. Quelle perte d'argent et de ressources inutile ! De mon côté, je perds mon temps. Je n'achèterai plus jamais aucun produit Oakley en ligne.

My Fuel Cell Prizm's fell off my head, hit the Pergo floor and snapped in the middle of the frames. Oakley said the warranty did not cover the sunglasses. This is the first time I have had a pair of sunglasses fall off my head and break. I only owned these glasses for a year. I would steer away from this model of Oakley's.

These glasses look great. I've only had them a short time and am receiving compliments on the regular. I have the Lizard with prescription transition lenses, which are comfortable and secure. The glasses were delivered to me in less than a week. Oakley SI provides itemized billing, so I was able to send in a claim to my vision insurance provider.

Buyer Beware. I purchased a pair of Standard Issue Holbrook Blackside Collection sunglasses with Prizm Black Polarized Lenses. The sunglasses were great... until I entered into a body of fresh cool water while wearing them. I was submerged for less that 5 seconds. The sunglasses remained on my head the entire time with no impact to the frames or lenses. When I resurfaced the inside lens coating had a "spider" appearance that soon began to delaminate.
I contacted Oakley Customer Service and was told it should be covered under the 2 year warranty and was given the information to fill out a claim, which I did. I was shocked when the warranty department denied the claim. They stated, and I quote:
"Oakley eyewear is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Examples of issues considered manufacturing defects and covered under warranty include:
- Delamination and/or peeling of sunglass coating
- Bubbles or other imperfections in lens coating
However, damage resulting from exposure to water, including submersion, is not considered a manufacturing defect under the warranty policy."
As a former special operator in both the military and in law enforcement, I would advise against purchasing these particular glasses/lenses since the warranty doesn't cover damage resulting from exposure to water, since anyone within the community knows, is a fairly common occurrence.

100%. I’ve been ordering Oakley SI eye-pro/eye wear/sunglasses for multiple years now. As an individual who can often watch helplessly as my Oakleys retire into cold and salty watery depths, rocks beneath rushing rivers or the side ‘a Yosemite cliff…left on the car roof, chocolate labs, given straight off of face to someone less fortunate—taking severe damage instead of losing an eyeball to imminent impact. If you catch my drift, I’ve owned many Oakleys and this is an AWESOME source to utilize. I’ve tried a bunch of the Fl. the boat cap’ns talk about; Oakley SI is simply unsurpassed, IMO. If you know, you’ve done the side-by-side tests, but if you’re not yet privy, you’ve gotta check out Oakleys SI. Trust me.

Horrible - on my 6th order (5 cancelled so far), they cannot say what is blocking the orders, what the issue is, how to get a pair, anything. Just cancel the order "as a courtesy" to me, and I place another order and go through the process again. To talk to customer service it is 1 - 1 - 3. I should not have that memorized. Wish I could give (-) stars.

Excellent prices and discounts

If you plan on working outside and sweating DO NOT get the prizm lens... 1 day of work in the sun and sweating ruined the lenses. The normal ones are better for actual work conditions.

Great customer service when I had a question , excellent product

This backpack looks amazing. It feels extremely well built. I am Reserving the right to edit this review and do a more complete review after I receive the correct item. A little disappointed that I was sent the wrong color that I ordered. I now have to return and wait several weeks on a replacement because the color matters for my job. It’s an annoyance but not a deal breaker.
