Not made to support veterans but to support their corporate interests! Replaced my 50% discount with an unremovable promotional code for 44% which ended up raising the price of my prescription glasses by $60. Not to mention the AI chat bot assistant is of course, as all AI is, completely useless. I ended up not even buying the glasses because the UI issues here are so bad and user unfriendly.

Oakley SI has built a stellar reputation for a reason. Their ballistic gear is top-tier, and their backpacks, hats, and other lifestyle products are exceptionally well-made. However, all of that legendary quality control completely dies the moment you order prescription eyewear. Outstanding apparel and tactical gear do not make up for a total lack of quality control on their prescription lenses.

Trying to get support for a defective prescription order is a massive headache. Emails go completely unanswered—your feedback simply dies in an inbox. To make matters worse, the contact information on their website is out of date, and their "Text by chat" support feature doesn't even work in Canada.

Even when you finally manage to reach a human who agrees to "fix" your issue, you end up with the exact same defective product as a replacement. Oakley SI seems to completely ignore the root of the problem: they are outsourcing their prescription fulfillment in Canada to Clearly.ca, a third party with incredibly subpar standards. Until Oakley SI holds their Canadian prescription partners accountable and fixes their broken communication channels, stay far away from their Rx line. Stick to their non-prescription gear.

Love them. Please bring them back!

've been wearing Oakley products for over 20 years, and they continue to exceed my expectations. The quality, durability, and comfort are outstanding, and their products hold up exceptionally well even with regular use. Whether it's sunglasses or other gear, Oakley consistently delivers excellent performance and style. After two decades as a loyal customer, I can confidently say their products are worth the investment. I highly recommend Oakley to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality eyewear.

Horrible communication and people skills. Ordered flak 2.0 XL sunglasses and received regular flak 2.0. Called and emphasized that I just need the lenses replaced to the correct ones. Instead they send me the wrong lenses again. One week later I had to call because they still haven’t sent me a packing slip to send them back. After explaining everything again, customer service stated that, if they send another replacement, it’s gonna be the same lenses which makes no sense since I ordered 2.0 XL. So here I am 3 weeks later and without the sunglasses I ordered and frustrated with customer service to fix an issue that should’ve been simple. Had to speak to a supervisor just to get a packing slip to send the sunglasses back. I guess Now I’ll just do business elsewhere.

Deals are always good. Product is exactly what is shown. Easy to navigate the app and purchasing is simple. I will keep coming back. I purchase about 2 to 4 pair a year mainly because of my own fault or work related issues. Replacement lens are easy to install aswell. In 20 years of using Oakleys ive never had one fail because of a defect.

website is a nightmare to navigate. In the end , it forced me to buy frames with lenses that I did not want, and then buy the lenses I did want separately. Then it and charged me tax on the lenses, even though it knows I'm a tax exempt buyer. Now I'm off on a multiple step process to get my taxes back, which wastes my time to navigate. My state will fine this vendor $3500 if it fails to honor my tax exempt status. And what takes this company so long to ship. It's 2026 and when i tried to submit this the website blocked me.

This will be my fourth set of sunglasses over the last five years. If you qualify for Oakley SI then it is hands down the best deal for quality sunglasses. I've also used the custom shop and they have been great as well.

Highly recommend !

I ordered Holbrook RX with Xtractive lenses and received it today. This is my second Holbrook RX. My first Holbrook I sent out to get custom fitted lenses from a small company and received it back with lenses perfectly fitted. Now the issue i have is that from a Company as big as Oakley, they cannot even fit lenses perfectly. I received my order with both lenses loose and wiggles when you shake the frame. Although the lenses doesn't fall from the frame, I hear clicking sound everytime I pick it up. Very disappointing especially from a HUGE company like Oakley. I DO NOT recommend ordering custom lenses from Oakley. Go somewhere else...

I've used Oakley SI many times over the years and I've never had an issue. Even with ordering prescription glasses.

This is the second pair of the socket 5.5 glasses that I have bought. The ordering process was easy to fill out and upload my prescription. The final price was great! It was cheaper to buy brand new eyeglasses than to buy and replace just the lenses to my new prescription. Thank you Oakley SI!!

The company always has great prices and an awesome selection. The delivery is always fast. I have never had a problem with any of the items that I have ordered. I fully recommend them.

Worst company to deal with ever. Their customer service is only open M-F 8-5 so they are impossible to get a hold of on the weekend. Then, when you do finally get a hold of them, the blatantly lie about taking care of your issue. THEN when you contact them again, all they do is apologize and STILL not take care of the issue. Avoid this company at all costs. I'm sure the product is good, but their customer service is shit.
