I was very pleased with this service
I was very pleased with this service. One of the items I had ordered was out of stock and they phoned to let me know. I asked if they could order one and they said they would find out. They rang the following day to say that they had put one on order and both the items arrived in very good time. Thank you. I shall certainly use you again.

Great customer service.
Royal mail lost my parcel but customer service of NVS Pharmacy followed up and quickly resolved the matter.
I liked that I didn't need to call and chase them they look after their customers well.
I would recommend NVS Pharmacy.

Excellent customer service when I phoned because I hadn't received a confirmation email. Goods also arrived very promptly, well packaged and with a free gift.

Excellent communication
My first choice of item was out of stock due to a national shortage. I received a prompt phone call offering an alternative (which I accepted) or a longish wait for original choice. Everything was dealt with efficiently and pleasantly. The service could not be criticised in any way.
