Very disappointing experience with Hammersmith branch. I was treated did not see satisfactory results.My experience with this clinic was negative. Dr Rabia Parveen handled my treatment, but I saw no meaningful results. I felt pushed into a package deal, and when I asked for a refund, it was refused. The pricing explanation was inconsistent, which raised serious concerns. I was even given a bill showing a total of over £21,021 in which 800 was shown paid and the rest 20,021 was discounted that is a large “discount,” which was never clearly explained. Communication was poor and I felt my concerns were not taken seriously.i would strongly advise others to be cautious because I already wasted 1700 GBP without any result, clinic not recommended at all,

I have been coming here for some time now for various treatments. I have always been impressed. They are very good at what they do and super knowledgeable. All the therapists are great but I usually see Simran. She is fab at everything and keeps me up to date with the latest treatments that I could find beneficial. She's really personable, helpful and makes it a fun and enjoyable experience whenever I visit.

Ashia did all of my treatments and she is such a nice, honest person. She made me feel at ease the whole time and explained everything clearly, which I really appreciated.

Not a good tattoo removal experience. Paid a lot of money to have a block of 6 laser sessions, after I was advised it would take 5 or 6 sessions.
Finally had my 10th and final session and the writing is still on my arm. It is faded a lot, but you can still make out it is writing and there is still ink in the writing. No fancy stubborn colours just black ink. After watching before and after other tattoo removal companies of only 1 or 2 sessions being a lot more prominent I can only imagine the lasers used here are just not as powerful.
I never needed the numbing cream are others use and never had any blistering like most people have.

I just started my treatment with Shumaila Clinic. I would say the staff are very friendly specially staff Telma and she guide me correctly which treatment i should go for.

I’m the customer for a very long time started the laser hair. Removal was very scared and petrified with the overall Google search how the pigmentation treatments come out extremely reluctant. It took me about a year but highly grateful to Upminster team specially Nazia and Rabia who has been so reassuring and been with me step-by-step I followed the routine I took their advice and just went for it today. I didn’t realise that was the bestest thing I did. My face looks different. My husband started commenting on my skin which is very unusual, but I am extremely pleased anyone looking for pigmentation treatment. Shumaila is the right place for you especially if you have coloured skin issues definitely it was worth it, thank you team. ❤️❤️
