I mistakenly used the wrong delivery address, Hannah sorted it all out with the greatest professionalism and kindness. She organised collection of my two articles from the wrong recipient, arranged for them to be returned and then organised an exchange because I ordered the wrong size.

Genuinely my favourite brand
I have been fortunate enough to order a number of pieces from N Peal over the past few years. My experiences have always been extremely positive.
My most recent experience has been a real highlight. I was looking to get my hands on the N Peal Fulham hoodie. However, the item was part of their previous season and was no longer advertised on the website. On the off chance, I used their online chat to ask if they still had any available. Kate was extremely helpful and took the time to track one down in the size that I wanted. It was delivered literally the next day. Absolutely brilliant!
In the past, I never gravitated towards particular brands but I can honestly say that I am so grateful to have been introduced to N Peal. It was through their James Bond connection and the Bond Experience YouTube channel that I first became aware of the brand and it has genuinely become my favourite. Moments like this cement it.
A huge thank you to Kate and all the wonderful people at N Peal for their continued hard work.

Actually I had one or two problems!
Actually I had one or two problems! I wanted to order a voucher for £150 but this isn’t possible as I have to order either £100 or £50! I thought it naff to order two so just bought one for £100. Then when the copy of the voucher was sent to me it was blank. I panicked as I thought the recipient would receive that too…. When I queried it with yet another email I was told it’s a known problem they are trying to resolve. All in all not an easy procedure.

You’re quite right to expect more flexibility when selecting a gift card value. As our customers often like to purchase gift vouchers for different denominations, we have different values available at checkout, so you can purchase the value you would like to gift.
I’m also very sorry for the confusion caused by the blank voucher email. I completely understand why that would be concerning, particularly when you’re sending a gift. As Hannah mentioned, this is a recently discovered issue with the confirmation format and is a service we just recently introduced, which our website team is actively working to resolve. To reassure you, the recipient does receive the correct gift card email with the full value and code as intended.
That said, it clearly created unnecessary doubt and extra back-and-forth for you, which isn’t the experience we want to provide. Your feedback is really helpful, and we’re using it to improve both the functionality and clarity of our gift card journey.

The size was 4 times bigger that I expected. I had to pay a lot for the delivery return.

Bad service sorted
I’m updating this to say NPeal were on to me and the issue has been resolved
I have purchased 4 jumpers over the years, some cost over €1,000. One of them has a hole where the wok seems to have be weaker. I contacted N Peal if this could be repaired or to send some wool and I could get somebody to repair it.
They haven’t the courtesy to reply. I won’t be dealing with them again.

My first purchase from this store, online.
Beautiful packaging and very quick delivery.
I bought a pair of wristwarmers as I was after a specific colour. The reason for the low rating is the fit. Omg these are so tight on the fingers and wrists, nothing like the Brora wristwarmers I usually buy (Brora didnt have the colour i wanted).
Sadly would not buy again.
Update
I have since returned the wristwsrmers. I just couldn't wear them as is. Much too tight. Such a shame.

Why are N.Peal still selling real fur…
Why are N.Peal still selling real fur products? Most high end designers stopped doing this years ago.
I have purchased many items from N.Peal over the years, but will now no longer purchase from them because they still use racoon and rabbit fur. This is completely unnecessary. There is no such thing as cruelty free fur. The animals are all inhumanely treated and suffer in the extreme.
It is such a shame that N.Peal is behind the times with this issue as their designs are very good and quality of their cashmere excellent.
Please N.Peal, stop selling fur. Your cashmere is good enough not to need fur on any of it.

N.Peal have a great customer service and generally if there is a fault they are quick to respond, repair or replace if the sizes are wrong.
To some degree the cashmere jumpers slightly fur up and lightly bobble after a time. There cashmere comb is good for removing the bobbles, but surprisingly today using a Clothes Brush flattens the pile down and make them as good as new again. I’ve also hand washed at least once some in cold water using there recommended cashmere wash.Very little dye bleeding when washed right. Hand rinsed and dried flat they also keep there shape. All in all very happy with N.Peal and there products

Holes, holes, holes
Hi N-Peal,
Out of the 5 jumpers I have, two have holes, one (the brand new one) looks like it is about to have a hole, the cardigan I hardly wear is fine and the oldest jumper I have is fine.
I have contacted you about this before but was told I had to send them back for a garment review. That was when my blue jumper only had one hole, however now there is another hole in the same jumper.
These are expensive jumpers. The pink and blue ones are a year old and the navy polo brand new.
I have photos of all these but can’t seem to upload them.
