Do not order from this company , goods are nothing like the items in the picture . When you ask to return they say they will offer partial refund to keep the item . Had to raise a case then a claim via PayPal. Over a week and numerous emails over a small refund and they are trying to get my to close my case with PayPal yet PayPal say don’t close it until refund is issued . Bad customer service , bad quality .

Very bad experience. I order 3 items and NEVER received the parcel. I paid £45 and customer service said they can only pay me back £9, after they offered £18 and their last offer was £27. They only said they have huge loss and I have to claim it back with courier who did not delivered. Absolute joke! Very bad and very unprofessional.

I finally got my order but it was worth the wait. I will be ordering again.

I have cancel my order and have not be refund yet...WANT MY MONEY BACK RAPIDLY..customer service dont reply in an effective way

Please do not be suckered in by this company! So much false advertising and under no circumstances will you get anything like the pictures they're peddling, just a cheap, poorly made imitation.... try to send anything back and you're met with a non existent returns policy and a 'shipping costs are very high so to save you the trouble we'll maybe refund you a fraction of your payment' comment. Added to this is a barrage of emails asking you to send pictures of the substandard garments you've received and a million questions as to why you ordered what you did?
Do yourself a favour and steer well clear of Nowrain 😉

This company is awful. The find stock photo's and put them on their website advising that their clothes look like the picture. What you order and what get are totally different and they do not want to give you your Money back. Do not purchase from this company!

very cheap and small fitting.. never again

It is absolutely disgusting, my order of sweaters were so small, cheap looking, only looked at views too late, don't buy, nothing like the picture.

My parcel arrived today and there was great communication saying there has been delays and I should receive my parcel in 3 week. My parcel arrived today 3 weeks after I placed order I also got updates to say where my parcel was and I got constant updates which I thought was really good and I was really happy. OK so the clothing itself looks and feels cheep but what do you expect for the price, you get what you pay for I only wear them for work clothes (I'm a cleaner) so I don't mind if they get ruined or don't look exactly like they do on the website.

I made a purchase from this website, some of the items did not fit so I wanted to return them as the site does state items are returnable. When I reached out for return instructions, they replied saying they could not accept my return and could only offer me $20 when I paid $57.84. This is unacceptable! This company should not be in business. They are misleading. Total ripoff! In addition, everything I received was of poor quality. I wish I would've done some research on this company 1st.

Don’t buy anything from “Nowrain” they are a Scam the quality of the Clothing is Cheap along with the pricing they don’t give back a refund and no way of returning your Items, stay away from this company or if this is a company.

Please , by error i ordered 4 jackets Green velvet instead of 1 . I would like to return 3 jackets . Thank you

Don’t order from them, terrible service, terrible quality. Images on website are fraudulent. They won’t refund my money. They say here’s $50 keep the poor quality clothes and they keep my $270.

Update: their response before is just to make them look good like they want to solve the problem. I already contacted customer service and they werent helpful and stopped replying be when declined their grotesque offer. Nowrain is a scam. Do not buy!

Horrible. Want to give half the price as a refund. Not acceptable. Disputing charges now.

I ordered a jacket size medium which is my size. Jacket was huge. Sweater I ordered seam is unraveling. They asked for a photo to prove the sweater had a hole. The sweater also had chunks of stitching on the seams that look horrible. They offered me $25 and claim it’s too much money for me to send back. You have to wait days to hear back. They are liars because the website says full refunds on products. I’m out over $60 now. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! I found it on Pinterest .

Absolutely shocking! I ordered the top in early November in time for my birthday and Christmas... it's now January and the top still hasn't arrived! I complained from week 4 and it took me until yesterday to get a refund. The items come from China but there's absolutely no excuse for an 8+week delay!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID !! Do not buy from these, I ordered beginning of November and I am still waiting !! And Nowrain have emailed on 3 occasions asking me to review my product !!!! I have asked for a refund but they said they can only give me £9 from the £20 spent,never again !!!!

Using photos of different products and then what arrived is ugly and a total scam. Tried opening a case with PayPal and they said I could return the item for a refund. Pay to ship it to China for what my $30 back? A total scam to steal money from people there’s no way anything on this site is legit.

I ordered two coats they arrived today nothing like how they describe, picture is totally diffrent, material too, the coat they sent is flimsy cheap lightweight material if they actually tell you this which they don't, false advertising I say. They put up an item and they send out a replica cheap version of it. So disappointed.
