Avoid Nowrain at all costs, I ordered a single top from them weeks ago and still haven't received it. They told me to track it and you can't make head or tail of thier tracking service. I've had large electrical items delivered to me in less than half the time waiting for a small item of clothing. I'm just glad I didn't spend any more than £9 with this awful company. Thier items are sent from China, another thing I wasn't aware of. If I ever get this item, it probably be tat. Avoid this company at all costs.

Every single item that I have ordered from this site I have absolutely loved prices a good quality is also not excellent good and you will enjoy each and every item you can change your outfits and it is absolutely so much fun enjoy

I placed an order with nowrain before i read any reviews on the internet, after reading reviews i cancelled the order, if im honest i wish i hadnt canceled it now. The customer care i recieved was excellent, refunded my money straight away with out question. I believe this company may have had problems at the beginning, but seem to be trying to work harder with customer care!

Norwain so need to improve it sizes i ordered 5 xl wanting something loose and baggy they are fitted and tight also short in length.

Thanks for all the comments, I am concerned that the images they are using for a sweatshirt with zipped shoulders actually has been lifted from another site. As I know the model in those pictures

Really pleased with the coat I ordered. Good quality and correct sizing. I was kept informed along the way as to when my coat had been dispatched and once it was with the courier. Arrived before estimated delivery date. Definitely recommend Nowrain and will be using them again.

The quality is very good, and the seller described exactly the same, very satisfied, really like, completely exceeded expectations, shipping speed is very fast, packaging is very careful, strict, logistics company service attitude is very good, delivery speed is very fast, very satisfied with a shopping.

The clothes are very beautiful. But the processing and delivering time are so slow. After all I like their clothes so I willing to wait for a long time to get my clothes!!

I was just about to order a few dresses and thought I would just quickly read these reviews. It seems you have all saved me from disappointment and wasting my money!

Absolutely shocking!! Nothing like the picture at all and I wouldn’t even use the cloth as a dish cloth!!
Avoid at all costs. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering!!

I don’t think the service even deserves one star. Ordered two dresses to try on for size, neither fits as I’d like to on me and they refuse to refund me. I’ve sent back the parcels and they refuse to acknowledge receipt and after over two weeks, I’m still waiting for my refund. Don’t order from this place, cheap quality clothing, poor service and the refund policy is not detailed in their website so they try to take your money. Business service levels need improving or else the business should be closed down.

I ordered a varsity type jacket, when it arrived I couldn't find an issue, packaging was good, the material was good and comfy, fits perfectly, definitely recommend

Never ever order from this website. I did, without reading these reviews: big mistake. They do not have a return policy, so when you request a return, they're reluctant to agree to one & instead give you some money back. Poor quality clothing, stay away.

BE WARE!!! Every complaint on this page about NOWRAIN is TOTALLY TRUE. Everyone has to give at least 1 star to write their review! I wouldn't give any stars, if it were an option.
This business is horrible. I wish I had seen all of these complaints before I placed my order on January 15, 2022. I would have definitely not placed an order with them. My order arrived on February 4, 2022 and when I saw the package before I even opened it, I knew that there was a problem. I ordered 5 "leather" jackets (as they were described on the website) in different colors, but I received an order of jackets (they all 5 fit in a package just a slightly larger than an 8.5 x 11 inch letter sized package) that was absolutely nothing like they were described on the website. These jackets were thin, cheap plastic/vinyl material of VERY POOR QUALITY. I emailed the customer service department and told them that I had received the wrong order and that my order must have been mixed up with someone else's order. I requested a return label to send the order back so that this order could be sent to the appropriate person. They wouldn't provide a return label.
I ended up going back and forth with customer service ladies via email for a few days and was told that it would be too expensive for me to return the items and initially told that I could get a $20 refund on an almost $70 purchase. I refused that and again requested a full refund to then be told that I would be given a $34 refund to consider just keeping the items. I didn't want to keep someone else's order. I got tired of trying to reason with these customer service reps. I contacted PayPal and filed a complaint on February 8, 2022. I learned that other complaints had been filed against NOWRAIN, also. PAYPAL CONTACTED NOWRAIN AND WITHIN LESS THAN 20 MINUTES, I RECEIVED A FULL REFUND. PRAISE GOD! So, to others who are lied to by these SCAMMERS, just contact your credit card company, PayPal, or whoever you paid NOWRAIN through and dispute the charges to NOWRAIN and file a claim explaining to them that you didn't get what you ordered and give a total explaination of your experience and let them know that NOWRAIN won't give you a refund on an order that you are displeased with. They should be able to investigate and get you a full refund. BEST WISHES TO ALL!
