Noughts and Kisses Anmeldelser

The quality of the products is amazing. Great communication with ordering and returns. My go to shop for an event, night out or holiday.

Wanted to return top that didn't fit = as requested sent message to authorise return but got no response which should have been 48 hours ??? Am leaving the country today so too late. Appalling why they need to authorise you to send something back - buy with caution.

I always try to support small businesses but this shirt was badly made and does not fit properly & they will not accept return for refund within time constraints as it’s a sale item… not sure why as I have to pay return postage & they have not replied to my email questioning this. As it was bought online and I could not try it on, how does this policy comply with the long distance purchase laws very disappointed. Would avoid this seller

The order comes fast and always perfect fit thanks 😊

My experience was from last year but such a lovely company with great clothes. Purchase and returns were easy. I also get lovely compliments when wearing my dress and still a year on, I’m taking it on my 4th holiday!

Obsessed with these outfits & amazing delivery as always my fave place to shop x

You email them for anything they get straight back to you & orders next day delivery 📦

Ordered a couple of pieces, all the items was really good quality! Really happy with my purchase

This is the second set Ive bought perfect for the summer loved the green one so i had bough to buy the pink one too!

The best clothing brand! I absolutely love all of there outfits and they fit like a dream. The girls at noughts and kisses are so lovely and I highly recommend ordering from this brand. You won’t be disappointed!!!!

Item was delivered late by RoyalMail then when i tried to return the parcel within the returns window i was told it was out of the returns window when it wasnt!
I was unhappy with the quality of the dress anyway i hadn't even tried it on! I just want my money back i dont even mind paying for the postage

Would not recommend and will never order from here again

I have emailed and i'm hoping a positive response on the returns but they definitely need to up their customer service

I’ve been shopping at noughts and kisses since 2018 - always the best quality fit and styles couldn’t fault atall 10/10💖

I’ve made about 3 orders in the last week because every item has been that amazing. The fit is perfect and sizings are spot on. All the clothes are really inclusive for mid size girls which I love. Absolutely addicted now already planning my next order. Customer Service is outstanding also and the returns process (not that you’ll need it) is seamless and fast

Always fast delivery and packaged well. Really nice quality clothing, never not loved my items from n&k and great customer service over Instagram.

Such a fab company & the quality of their bits is unmatched!! I’ve had dresses skirts sunglasses from N&K and everything is always unreal!

Amazing service as always! Thank you

Love noughts and kisses, get half my wardrobe here haha! Just so disappointed they still don’t offer to sort returns on their end. Don’t even mind paying and for the postage to just be deducted from the returned amount. But having to sort a return out gets really frustrating, just a bad customer experience. Please consider this in the future! Puts me off buying things in case I need to return.

I don’t leave reviews often but I’ve just received my order and I couldn’t not give feedback on my experience. I ordered yesterday at about 1:30pm choosing standard delivery (2-4 days), my order was dispatched a couple of hours later and my order has come TODAY (on a Saturday, too). I can see my parcel was put on Tracked 24 delivery which I didn’t pay for but someone obviously put it on quick delivery for me anyway. This is my second time ordering from N&K and the quality has impressed me so much both times. I love the unique pieces that N&K do, you can pay the same - or more! - at Zara and not always get this quality or service. Will definitely be ordering again :) thanks guys x
