North London Box Sash Anmeldelser

100% will use this team again, and recommend to friends. Quick responses, very efficient, and properly tidied when the job was done. Most importantly, the final product is top tier and worth every penny. Thanks again!

We had 2 new sash windows installed in our Edwardian house. Luke and his team provided clear communications and rare professionalism from start to finish. The windows are excellent. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending the company and its products.

Fantastic service, very high quality product and good communication throughout.

Brilliant product, and excellent service from the team at N London Box Sash! The team did exactly what they said they would, showed up on time, cleaned up, and the installation and product were so good even the contractors doing the rest of the work have all commented on how lovely they were. Highly recommend and will be using North London Box Sash again to complete the work on my house.

Marcin and Prezmek are fantastic. Friendly, polite and so clean and tidy. The finished product is really amazing and we have had so many comments from neighbours about our windows! Mark and Luke are friendly and really upfront about costs. The whole experience has been stress free and pleasant. I would highly recommend North London Box Sash for future work and to others

Amazing service from start to finish. Mark has first class knowledge and passion in this field and the high attention to detail really helped with the end product. Communication, pricing and operational delivery was super clear and professional and Luke was responsive and communicated clearly throughout the process. The fitters were friendly and clean. We have recommended to others and the end product and experience has been great.

Great service from start to finish and can't really fault anything. High quality windows, a competitive quote delivered in a timely manner, great installation team, job started on schedule and stuck to timelines. It was good that our specific requirements were addressed e.g. frosted windows in bathrooms, replacement of dormer PVC windows with wooden, so we felt listened to rather than being dictated to. Other companies quoted based on photos sent to them but Luke visited us, Mark followed up with measurements, and so we felt confident the quote would be adhered to, which it was. Third party references stacked up and we spoke to a couple of them and saw the windows in situ. The installation team were very friendly and worked very hard, even coming on Saturday to finish the job due to a slight delay. Dust and dirt is inevitable when replacing very old Edwardian windows but the team did all they could to minimise disruption. The windows look great and others have commented the same. No hesitation in recommending Luke, Mark and the team.

I was very impressed with the excellent work by North London Box Sash Windows, who replaced two of my sash windows. The team were really helpful throughout the process with quick responses to my queries and the installation team were excellent, all work was done really efficiently. The quality and workmanship of the new windows is of a very high standard and I couldn’t be happier with them.

Excellent all round - friendly, communicative, easy to book in, proffessional and high-quality windows fitted to a high standard. We will be using them again.

5* experience from start to finish.
Great comms , professional, timely. And a beautiful and well made product, installed with care.
Timber sash windows - look no further!

Absolutely blown away by how beautiful our new timber sash windows are. They have completely transformed our house and we get so many compliments. The team were amazing and so professional. 100% recommend.

Top notch service and quality windows, great value for money. Planning was smooth and installation was done very professionally and on time, the installers cleaned up and left the place as they found it. I’d highly recommend them
Thanks!

So professional and amazing quality. From start to finish they were brilliant and we couldn’t be more pleased with the end results. You won’t find better

The guys did a great job for us.
The end to end process from measurement, pricing to fitting was very professional. The work was completed on time and the end result is excellent.

Really pleased with our replacement wooden sash bay window. The fitters were really nice guys and left everything tidy and clean. Will be using them again.

Mark and his time were brilliant, the quality of the product and the quality of the workmanship were excellent. This is the second time we have used North London Box Sash, this time to replace all the sash windows in our front bay, and they remain an extremely user friendly company.

I needed a complex sash window replacement across three openings, and Mark and his team have done a brilliant job. The new double glazing is making a huge difference in sound and heat insulation.

Furthermore, Mark and his team were extremely helpful and professional throughout - thank you!

Absolutely delighted with the service we received from North London Box Sash. The product itself is of high quality. Communication from the team throughout has been clear, helpful, and responsive—particularly that describing what the installation process would entail, and what preparation was needed from us beforehand. The on-site installation team worked incredibly hard, and were both fast-moving and thorough—and very friendly, and accommodating of the family around whom they had to work. I must also comment on how tidy they were. They left the house, and the front garden where the old windows were stored temporarily before collection (also organised by NLBS as part of the service) absolutely spotless—which one can’t always say of works undertaken in one’s house by external contractors! All in all, I cannot recommend North London Box Sash highly enough. We are thrilled with their work. The outcome is everything we hoped for, and more. 👍🏻

Luke and team were so helpful in guiding us through the process and assisting us with information needed for the required planning permission. The fitting team did a fantastic job, friendly, efficient and the window is so solid and looks so smart. All around highly recommended.

A brilliant service from start to finish. Friendly, professional and well organised. Excellent fitting of high quality windows throughout the house, taking great care to match the original Edwardian sash detailing. They delivered exactly what we wanted, on time and on budget. Highly recommended.
