I emailed them for the filters I need for my machine, they emailed me back with the link to buy the filters. They were very prompt and they couldn’t do enough for me. The Titan is an awesome window cleaning machine and worth every penny. The build quality is on par with Rolls Royce. They will bend over backwards to help you out.

We would like to clarify that the restocking fee is a standard charge, which covers the costs associated with shipping the item from you back to us, inspecting, repackaging, and restocking it. As mentioned, this policy is clearly outlined in our terms and conditions and was also explicitly emphasized over the phone prior to the return.
While we always aim to handle returns fairly, we must also state that rudeness and profanity directed toward our sales staff will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Our team works hard to assist every customer respectfully, and we expect that same respect in return.

From my initial enquiry about replacement parts and the prompt and very helpful response from Joseph the service I received was very good. The only reason that I didn't give five stars was because of cost. With VAT and delivery charges I thought the cost was high.
Still a great service though. No complaints.
