Great service at the Northgate Egham…
Great service at the Northgate Egham branch! I was served straight away, the process was quick and smooth, and the staff were really nice and polite. Special mention to Natasha – she was fantastic, gave a great vibe, and made sure my problem was fixed quickly. Honestly the best Northgate branch I’ve been to – all round excellent!

I come here periodically and every time…
I come here periodically and every time I get an excellent service by these guys. The office staff are always happy to help out however they can and the workshop technicians are happy to discuss anything with the vehicle with you.
I'd like to big up Harry for servicing my vehicles to an excellent standard each time I visit and then Jarrod and Samantha in the office for doing the admin side of things super quickly. These are the 3 Musketeers who have their Northgate Egham services as a well oiled machine.

Update of review that Northgate is getting Trustpilot to remove
Update
Now Zigup who owns Northgate and Auxillis has Threatened me with the police as I am not happy they have not dealt with the GDPR breach. I have a letter proof from Zigup threatening me with police if I do not take down my review.
Northgate/Auxillis the company i work for, any medical issues told to managers, they laugh at you (VH), any room for progression they don't even give any training or support. They lie about bonuses saying it's quarterly andnever mentions anything about having to pass a probation before getting one then when I left a month before the end of the quarterly I am now told I'm not entitled to a bonus but I was invited to a meeting by the manager SM at egham branch to be told I am entitled to it and I have witnesses too. No perks. All managers have all nice brand new tesla and all brand new audis but the only perk they have mainly is probably the gym and to even get a car through the company as a salary sacrifice, the company only pay for the admin fees to the lease company! the company. The Rental manager (SM) tried to sell me drugs on site at Egham last year 2023 between June and July (cocaine mixed with fetamine) was said by SM.
The manager VH knew she takes these substances as he was protecting her against the drug test at November 2023.
The rental manager at Egham site (SM) has breached GDPR as I have my proof that SM and SB (team leader) Is sharing my family home address on a piece of paper to each other and not to text it each other. Serious breach of GDPR which HR (KS) basically has swept it under the carpet and told me as I do not work for the company anymore that they will not be doing anything about this situation.
I am building my case with the Ombudsman and this will be taken seriously by me. I followed the government process to deal with a GDPR breach and gave the company a chance to deal with the breach and nothing has been done and now I am left to feel like I could have an attack on my family by SM at Northgate/Auxillis who is the rental manager.

We are sorry to hear you have been unhappy with our service, Steve. Unfortunately we do operate a 'two hour window' for all walk in appointments. If after review we find the vehicle is going to be off road for any longer then a loan vehicle will be supplied, or we will let you know to mae alternative transport arrangements.
Whilst we do advise of a 2 hour wait time, this can of course vary on the Depot, and how busy the Workshop is at that time. We do however apologise for the inconvenience that may have been caused to you.
