Found the telematics fault quickly, fixed it super fast and I was back on my way. Explained it all to me and were very courteous

Natasha Wells at Egham branch was…
Natasha Wells at Egham branch was dealing with my van issue, she smoothly organised my hire van engine oil top up, and the same time she checked if anything else was needed to be done, and luckily she found out that my van had a recall regarding steering column moving parts to be assessed and secured. All done at one visit , which saved me another visit to the workshop. Thank you Team Egham.

Have been to north gate egham a couple times and have always been looked after by Natasha .Nice friendly person who is helpful and offers coffee and drinks and also to add a great thumbs up to the technicians who solve the issues .
