Appalling service and lies
Great service when I first arrived withy company van to get it looked at. After that it went downhill from there. I arrived at 9am and got my 21 plate VW transporter booked in for a knocking sound from the front. I was prepared to wait but not as long as I did in the end. 2.5 hours later the receptionist said a droplink was broken and needed replacing. They had ordered one and it will be fitted soon. After 5 hours of waiting and no updates the receptionist Sheridan said she would go and get an update. No apologies made what do ever for the long wait as I was starting to get irate. Eventually she came back to tell me the part had arrived and will be fitted asap. What she didn't realise that for 20 minutes previously vehicle had been sat on the forecourt possibly fixed. I told her where the van was and sheepishly she went to the back of the office and brought my key back saying it had been fixed. No apologies or nothing. I caught her out lying and trying to cover up that she hadn't even checked on my van if she had she would have known it was fixed. I took the key and left. Very disappointed and annoyed. Poor service from reception and the workshop. Please deal with this matter and make sure no more lies are spread. My company has been informed of the disgusting service.

After a horrible 5 years with…
After a horrible 5 years with Northgate, Bristol, they still can't get it right and continue to take money from me. There is no communication between departments. Even after after my vehicle was off hired, as they couldn't provide me with a replacement van, they continued to charge me. They are quick to take your money but not so quick at paying it back. Disgusting service all round. Another afternoon wasted trying to get answers.

A Real Team effort.
My day started with a breakdown.
Called RAC. Diagnosed fault as needing a battery. On route to Northgate, the dash lit up with numerous faults.
I had to Visit these guys today.
No appointment.
Totally unplanned and wow, Amazing how helpful the team were.
Remembering my mileage. They took my details and fitted me into there already very busy day. "Not a problem", I was told.
Sheridan noticed I had been there a while and sorted me with updates and free hot chocolate. This is the details that truly makes a difference. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. The Mechanic (Oliver) returned the vehicle and went through everything he did. Above and beyond.... New Battery, Light bulb, 2 Tires and diagnosed the fault. The dreaded DPF. All faults were cleared to help me. The DPF is on order and planned for 2025.
Guys, I can't sing your praises enough. True team players with customers at the center of the the experience You BOTH delivered.
Just amazing.
