This was certainly our experience when we wrote to ask for advice on which keyboard would be suitable for our granddaughter. The reply came the same morning and the advice was detailed and evidence based. We followed the advice and ordered a keyboard which was delivered the next day. A week later and the instrument is very much living up to expectations; it is clear that we were pointed in the right direction. First class.

I recently purchased a fairly low-value item from this company and had an issue over the pricing structure. My initial contact with customer services was less than satisfactory. The cost to me of resolving the issue would have been more than an additional 50% of the initial cost of the purchase.
Rather than just muttering under my breath and complaining to my musical friends, which would not have done the company’s reputation any good, I emailed the managing director. Less than 90 minutes later, I received an email reply, which satisfactorily resolved the situation.
