Contratei o serviço da Noping esperando uma melhora na minha conexão, mas a experiência foi extremamente decepcionante. Durante meus testes, percebi que 98% dos servidores não otimizavam a conexão. Pelo contrário, a latência piorava na maioria das tentativas.

Entrei em contato com o suporte e fiz inúmeros testes, seguindo todas as instruções. No entanto, como no momento do teste o jogo não estava oscilando, simplesmente alegaram que estava tudo normal. Mas ao fazer um ping direto para o IP do jogo, constatei que o ms continuava alto, mesmo após todas as "otimizações" aplicadas pelo Noping.

Ou seja, se a latência não melhora na prática, o serviço não passa de algo estético. Diante disso, decidi permanecer como cliente da ReetFPS, que realmente otimizou minha conexão e trouxe uma melhoria real no desempenho.

Espero que a Noping reveja sua eficiência e seja mais transparente com seus clientes.

Hi, as someone who used noping, they sent me emails saying my service was going to expire and then they would charge me, would not recommend. Here is their email:

"We would like to thank you for using our service, we've seen that your plan is going to expire in 0 day 0 hour, after the days expire, you will not be able to access our service, in case you want to renew your plan just click here"

And then weeks later, they charged me.

Me debitaron 1 año entero cuando solo queria pagar 1 mes, encima no reembolsan el dinero y no reconocen la compra.

No reembolsan el dinero, me dijeron el 14 de diciembre que en 10 dias me iban a reintegrar aproximadamente 100 usd que se debitaron de forma no autorizada y todavia no me los devuelven, mas de 1 mes sin que me reembolsen el dinero que me dijieron que me iban a reembolsar y el contacto con soporte es muy malo, en la pagina no funciona bien, se cae y no dejan un mail de contacto, tuve que buscar por todos lados para encontrar el mail de soporte. La peor herramienta de optimización de conexión para juegos que he probado...

exijo el reembolso.

i was using the free trial and didnt realise id signed up for it to be renewed and now i have had money taken out of my account i have cancelled the subscription therefore a full refund would be greatly appreciated

I’m really upset and frustrated right now. I signed up for the free trial to test your service, which required me to enter my credit card details. After trying it out, I looked everywhere to cancel the free trial so that no money would be taken, but I couldn’t find any way to do it.

I ended up forgetting about it and went to sleep, assuming nothing would happen. But today, I saw that you charged me for the subscription without any warning or email beforehand. This charge happened about four hours ago. I don’t think it’s fair to just take my money like that without notifying me first.

The money you charged was part of my savings for college, so I’m really upset about this. I need that money, and I didn’t mean to subscribe. Can you please review my account and issue a refund? I’d really appreciate your help with this.

Don’t make yourself seem like a SCAM ! the subscription can’t be canceled !! I tried to reach them for days but no one will reply anything from official website email or Facebook and instagram I want my refund immediately !!! Cancel my subscription I don’t need this service anymore I only tried the trial it doesn’t mean I need a yearly subscription what the hell?how could you just charged automatic without asking and there’s no where I can find cancel button it’s ridiculous!!! No way to contact this company. I accidentally put the wrong email address for the 7 days trial and trying to contact them for 4 days already and still 0 replies.

Update 1 (23/12/24): I received the response but they responded with the wrong email and thus, the issue is still not resolved.

Didn’t work at all, made the ping even worse, used 75% of GPU and CPU. Couldnt cancel my subscription, was charged fully for it. Dont sign up for trial ITS A SCAM.

Why isn’t it easier to cancel?? I also only wanted the free trial and nothing else and they go ahead and charge me $65. WTF. I cant seem to do anything just on my phone. Also, it says my free trial expires in an hour, why would they charge me now??. I would like a refund please, my card is blocked because of this.

I still get charged, just got charged 102.20 AUD which I definitely cannot afford right now. I tried contacting them with their only contact option and it keeps coming up with an error. The transaction was made on 15 DEC 24 at 07:27 PM Sydney time

I tried out the 7 day trial starting on December 1st and today December 8th i was suddenly subscriped to a yearly subscription without any notice, it doesn't even work for me and i have no clue on what to do now, there isnt even a place for me to cancel and when i tried contacting them it says that i dont have a subject even though there isnt a place to put the subject, in the end i had to contact my credit card company and i tried to text them through their esports team email.

Update december 9th : very fast to refund given a email saying it will be back in 5-10 days very satisfied with the respond time and the honesty hopefully my money will be back soon

I wanted to try it out for the free trial to see if it helps me.
And what do u think not only that i had 20 extra ping but it still tries to charge me after i went on the site and tried to cancel it but no use because almost nothing on that site works only the page where u put ur card and download so please noping cancel my subscription or respond to my email (it was my email but they want me to delete it)
Update: Only if u write an review on trust pilot will they cancel your subscription.... Noping please be more considerate of others, not just ur company making money and please make ur site work on everything not only to do an account an put ur credit info.... cuz anything other than that does not work on ur site so maybe instead on staying on trutpilot to make us post better reviews make an better site

I canceled the subscription and still got charged and I contacted them a few times and they did not answer so I hope they answer me here I got charged like 65usd

I have attempted to reach out to their support, but have received no resolution. I request a full refund for this unauthorized charge. If NoPing values its customers, they should handle issues like this more responsibly. I am extremely disappointed with NoPing’s service. Update: December 2 2024: I received an email confirming the refund, but the money has not yet been credited to my account. I will wait for the standard processing time, but for now, I cannot give a higher rating. If the issue is resolved on time, I will update my review.

While the process took much longer than expected and required me to contact my bank, I appreciate that the refund was eventually processed. Thank you to the company for resolving the issue. However, the experience could have been smoother and less stressful. I’m updating my rating accordingly.

There is no way you can cancel the subscription on the website. I've been charged double every single month. This is ridiculous. DO NOT EVER SUBSCRIBE OR EVEN TRY THE TRIAL. IF YOU ARE READING THIS, REPLY MY EMAIL OR REFUND MY MONEY. It's been charging since july non stop.

Great service. Noping.com significantly reduced latency and improved my gaming experience. Highly recommend.

I was charged for a full year this morning after a trial that I did not want to continue. I’ve tried to message for a refund, but the live customer support chat isn’t working.

I haven’t used the service since the charge was made. My account is anzure1234@gmail(.)com. I urgently need a refund as I can’t afford to lose such a large amount of money.

Please respond and assist with the refund as soon as possible. Thank you!
