Nock Deighton have managed the letting of my family home for over 5 years now, as a family home we wanted it looked after as if we still living there and by Nock Deightons carefull vetting of our tenant and there regular photographic surveys and personal correspondance with our contact Tracey Jones this has been achieved to a very high standard.

Renting a lovely country property through Nock Deighton for a few years now. Excellent service from all staff, especially Lianne Mkeever who oversees all maintenance and repairs when required. Simple on line form to complete for repairs and Lianne arranges everything very quickly the next day. Excellent landlord as well. I have no hesitation in recommending this agency if you are looking to either purchase or rent a property. All my dealings over the years have been second to none with them.

Hannah and the staff at Nock Deighton were amazing whilst purchasing a property through them. Always contactable and always happy to help. Great service and would happily use them for future sales and purchases.

It was not necessarily the best experience initially, because I had some problems with the plumbing in my flat. However, since meeting Sylvia Hames, they have been very responsive with repairs. She has been instrumental and helpful in making the accommodation comfortable.

We needed an electrician in a hurry for our rental property, and I wished to speak with Tracey. I was told she was in a meeting, but she phoned me back as son as she could, and an electrician was there at the house within a couple of hours. Was impressed with this service.
Have always dealt with Tracey and found her helpful and efficient, and so much more helpful than a computer!

Nock Deighton is by far the best company that deals in housing and property services I’ve ever worked with. They are thorough, efficient and easy to deal with. My property manager Lianne Mckeever and her colleague Sylvia Hames are worth mentioning for their punctuality, swift and efficient response everytime I deal with them.

I would like to leave this review for Tracey as she has recently helped us a lot when it came to sorting out our number plate/parking situation. She is always so polite, professional and kind in her emails. She’s very helpful and Tracey is very fast at sorting out any issue that we have which decreases my stress levels so thank you for that!

We recently purchased a house through these guys. We are extremely satisfied with the service they have provided, in particular a special thankyou to Emily, who has been absolutely brilliant in the fact that she has kept us updated by ringing us on a weekly basis to make sure everything was going through smoothly.

I have had all the assistance I have been asking for as a new tenant things get complicated and didnt know how to get the heating on Tracy Jones [agent ] has responded and gave adivice even sent links with videos to watch on ,I kept going back for further assistance and she kept assisting untill i got it right ✅️

Very poor service. I rang to see a property which in the description had a very short lease, at the time I made the appointment I specifically asked how they had come up with the price since the term on the lease was very small. The person who made the appointment said she would ask the valuer (Will) and come back to me. It was great I got to see the property the next day, however no answer or call regarding the valuation. I was up in Bridgnorth that afternoon so popped in the office to try and get an answer to my question. I had already done a search on Land registry and could see the freeholder and leaseholder were different. So, on arrival at the office, I asked what was for sale, was it just the leasehold or freehold as well? Still not able to get an answer, and no answer to my original question regarding the valuation. Again, same answer I’ll get Will to give you a call. At this point I asked if I could get a copy of the lease, since this is the legal document which say how a lease works, without this it’s impossible to make an offer on the property. Finally, the next week I got a call from Will, he said it was the freehold for sale, which I was surprised since the Freehold was held by someone different to the leasehold. Will also advised the freehold would supersede the leasehold so there would be not problem, this is not right and incorrect. The lease outlines the relationship between the freehold and leasehold. I asked Will if he could get me a copy of the lease, and after a dodge of the question he confirmed he had seen the lease and would get me a copy. Then I noticed the website had changed to say Freehold and Leasehold where in the sale. I was under the impression it was the duty of the estate agent to follow the code and check who owns the property prior to sale to protect all parties involved. A simple look at the freehold and leasehold would have highlighted a problem. I spoke with Will on the Friday and said please can he call me late next week with an update even if he didn’t have one. Come Thursday, still no call back, so I called, again the person said they would leave a message for Will to call. Nothing, late on Friday I called again…. Had to leave a message and its no Tuesday and still no call.
Seriously, no one had a clue what they were selling, leasehold, leasehold and freehold… plus no one knew that the freehold is held in a different name to the leasehold so a lot more difficult to sell unless you have agreement from both parties. No one had checked the ownership of the property as a simple check shows different owners. Last is the exceptional pour service no calls, back, no info… I can only say you have brought this review on yourself.
Would I trust Nock Deighton to sell my property? Not a chance.
For reference I saw the property on the 27th June, and its now the 16th July and sill no answer.
