I would like to thank Sharon in particular for her help with our move to a Salary Sacrifice pension scheme. She has been genuinely helpful from the start, and even a couple of months in, continues to answer my queries promptly and knowledgably with clear explanations.
She has been proactive throughout the process and checked submissions etc.
I am sure there will be further queries on our side, but the customer service has been excellent, and very friendly also!
