Well I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I placed an order on Saturday and the next day there was a discount of 70%. Extremely frustrating. I can’t believe there is no contact number or web chat available. The parcel has turned up today minus 1 item was not in the parcel. The parcel was very poorly sealed. Not happy with the material honestly better quality at primark. I can’t believe I’ve sent an email and I got an automated response that it would at least 4 days before they reply. I mean seriously? I will not be ordering from this company again, very poor practice. So they charge you for delivery and returning.

The Customer Service response in a company is the make or break for me... fortunately I havent had many issues but recently I ordered a dress which when it arrived was far shorter than the advertised measurements. I would have just returned it and been done with, but decided to get in touch with the Customer Care team..after a few emails with RJ I had my return fee refunded and I reordered with my postage refunded and the price matched to original cost ( I got a sale price initially) . I reordered a larger size because was worried of short length but it was too big, so I had to go back to RJ at Customer Care who quickly arranged the refunds again..so thank you RJ...it would be good if there was no issue in the first place , but with RJ's help, I am now a satisfied customer and a returning customer.

When I had a query, it was answered by a real human who was helpful and gave me bespoke support.

Rory is a very dedicated worker. She got my belt sorted in 2 weeks and kept me updated about it very promptly!
An amazing customer service experience.

Sizes are a mess so expect to lose £4 for every item that you need to return.
Won’t be using them again after ordering 3 sizes of 1 item to ensure a correct fit (none were!) to then lose £12 for the privilege AFTER paying £8 for the original shipping on a £264 value order.
Not a good company.

George was super efficient at sorting a replacement returns label as the Post Office list the original one on the parcel ( but did return the items back to me!)

At last I should be able to get my refund thanks to George!

I’m still editing for a refund and after emailing they are disputing a discrepancy between what I said I returned and what was in the parcel. I sent everything I ordered back due to sizing and I’m so disappointed that they are not refunding me. I’d never buy from them again .

Wouldn’t purchase again. They charged me nearly £10 in delivery and return fees. Delivery was £5 and the rest was the return which is a rip off. Considering the item was not as advertised in the image and was extemely baggy and didn’t look anything like the image with the model. I ordered small and it was at least 2-3 sizes too big. The material also was cheap and creased which isn’t reflected in the image on their website. They should be waving those fees as I was definitely misled by their advertisement of the product.

The clothes are beautifully made. The website is great and we'll run. Customer reviews on the website are extremely helpful as regards sizing etc. Altogether a great business to deal with.

I love the styles in Nobody’s Child, and the sustainability and socially responsible ethos. I have bought three of their blouses, which I was very happy with.
Unfortunately, because I live in Australia, the return shipping fees and import duties are prohibitive, so it was an expensive exercise to return a blouse that didn’t suit me. I also think the return process could be clearer.
The customer service though is excellent.
I just wish they had an outlet in Australia which stocked the type of styles I love, which are the feminine and floral ones. These styles are so hard to get these days, especially in eco friendly versions.

Had a problem with an order and a lovely young man called George came to my rescue like a knight in shining armour. He is a true credit to the Nobody’s Child team! #georgetotherescue

I had some issues with an item that became faulty and also a refund that hadn’t been processed, which appeared was my fault. My customer care advisor sorted everything for me. Arranging the return and investigating what had gone wrong with my return and processing the refund I needed. Really happy with the service I received.

Due to Royal Mail messing up on my delivery and basically losing my parcel George from Nobody’s Child customer service was brilliant from the get go and arranged my refund really quickly. Love the clothes from quality to fit

Really Disappointed 😞 sent a garment back 4 weeks ago ? I have not received my refund from this company I have sent Email after Email asking for my Refund ive got the same reply, have trouble your Refund will be in next 4 days ,Reading the reviews alot of people are going through the same not recving there Refunds ,
I would have ordered again for other items but definitely not unless I receive my Refund ,

Absolutely marvelous customer service especially Rory 👌 so helpful gracious and the garments dresses beautiful

I have just discovered this brand and now have 5 of its dresses. I love the design and the fabrics.
Just one quibble though. The V neck dresses are cut a bit low. We don’t all want to be showing off our cleavages. I have to use a brooch on them all.
Would you consider a more “modest” neckline for this style.

Expensive clothing. £5 for delivery and £4 to return so lost out on £9 . If I had known that before ordering i would not have bothered.

I had a problem with my order and had to email Nobody's Child . David from Customer Care was very prompt in sorting everything out and keeping me updated during the process. Excellent service.

Exceptional service, accidentally purchased two of the same item, customer services were on it straight away and sorted it out for me. What a great company. Many thanks
