I like designs of Nobody’s Child, the slight discomfort rose from the fact that the return window on items’ on sale is only 14 days, something that can be easily missed.
The site gets 5 stars for superb customer service.

Customer service was excellent - shout out to Meg who was fantastic. I am so pleased with them and with the quality and beauty of the clothes. You really can't go wrong.

Bought two dresses and when my blue light discount wouldn't work on site they still honoured it after the offer had finished, they also recommended which size would fit me best in the styles I was looking at, I've worn the denim one repeat and it washes beautifully and doesn't need an iron which is a bonus! One button cover came off. I messaged to ask if I could buy a replica but instead they sent me 5 new ones in the post and I received them within 3 days, through all emails they've always replied super prompt and are so helpful, added bonus of speaking with an actual human. First items I've bought and would absolutely buy again

The customer service at nobody’s child is second to none. I was assisted by RJ when I had difficulty with getting my return completed on time. They are incredibly responsive and helpful. Just another reason to buy their clothes!

The removable straps on my dress broke RJ in customer service was super helpful and sourced a new set for me and posted them for free. I’m very happy to be able to continue wearing my dress!

I bought a Giftcard for a family member but unfortunately did not realise this until 4 days later. I contacted their help link online.
At first I was sent an AI response, which I expected just confirming that the team would get onto this but was possibly going to take a further 4 days.
I then received an email saying that they were looking into this and would get back to me.
The person who got back to me was Rory, and he was brilliant. He explained that the giftcard would be sent to the new address which I had given him and that was that. My giftcard was sent to the correct email. I really thought I had lost that. Excellent, swift service. Thank you Rory. A++++++++++

David, a Nobody's Child customer service operative, was extremely helpful and would have received a personal five stars. Nobody's Child clothing is well-made and well designed, but the sizing is variable, entailing multiple returns which can cause financial complication and confusion.

Rory from customer service was very helpful when I had a delivery issue. I will be reordering to try their products as sadly mine got lost in transit. But I’m happy the issue was solved quickly and without any hiccups.

The AI initial response is next to useless, but when you eventually get to deal with a human - a chap called Rory in my case - it is first class.

NC/David were very helpful with my return. They kindly helped me with an order return that entirely my fault. David was particularly patient and incredibly helpful. Great customer service and David should get a special mention.

Excellent instore experience in Leeds - I usually shop on line. Unfortunately I left my glasses in the changing room. I could find no contact details online for the store so had to email a generic customer service address. Although the respywas a little slow, it was very friendly, helpful & effective. A quicker response would have got 5* !
