Postage and return charges are a joke. I understand paying delivery to receive items and a return cost but you get charged delivery again when returning

Very impressed with the customer service team in terms of efficiency and speed of response. I was looking for a particular item that was sold out online and I couldn’t phone my local store (as there are no phone numbers). I did contact the customer service team through chat and they opened a tricker and within a couple of hours I did get a response and they were able to find the item I needed and they accepted it to reserve it for me. This is what excellent customer service looks like. Thanks

Ordered a dark brown blazer on 23/08/26. Returned it a few days later. I was charged £5 to return it and also £4
carrier fee. I am still waiting on my refund with no communication from this company. I won't be using them again. Why would you take the chance of a garment not fitting properly if it cost you £9!!!!!!!

Do not trust!
Having returned a purchased item which didn't fit. I have received an email to inform me that I will be refunded. However, I am now owed even more money as this company have taken further funds from my bank rather than refunding me.
Their customer support - Here to help@nobodyschild are so inundated with emails that I am told it will taken several days to get a reply. I can't help wondering how many of these are complaints.
I consider their actions as theft as I have not given them authority to take more money.
Think twice before using this company for online purchases.

Excellent customer service care given when I needed to return an item. Good communication which really helps when purchasing online. The dress that we kept looks super on my daughter. Highly recommend

Disappointing quality and customer service

I’m really disappointed with my experience with Nobody’s Child. I purchased a dress which has only been worn a small number of times, but the hook-and-eye fastening at the back has already come away from the fabric.

I would not expect a fastening like this to fail after such limited wear, particularly given the price and expected quality of the garment.

When I contacted customer services, I was disappointed that they appeared to make assumptions about what may have caused the issue, despite being unable to establish the cause. Rather than reasonably considering the fact that the fastening had failed after very little wear, I felt that my concerns were dismissed.

Quality issues can occasionally happen, but I think what matters is how a company responds when they do. Unfortunately, I have been very disappointed by both the quality of the dress and Nobody’s Child’s unwillingness to offer what I feel is a reasonable resolution. This experience has made me hesitant about purchasing from them again.

I would leave a zero if possible contacted customer care on 20/8 re my order that’s stating delivered but was not delivered it took almost 2 weeks to respond then I got a reply asking to send picture of parcel which I already advised was not received. I replied immediately and yet already been waiting which was on 1/9 it’s now 7/9 pm and still nothing - very disappointing- order number is #NC2881463 which I added as hopefully someone can sort my refund which I’ve been waiting to get sorted since 20/8 which is quite appalling to be honest

Nice enough but didn't fit.
My problem is with the returns. If the item has been discounted since your purchase, you only get refunded what the current sale cost is. What a rip off!! Plus you pay an additional admin fee. That's the last time I shop at Nobody's Child!

Nobody's child has great clothes and shoes, with better material choices.
My issue is with their terrible customer service. Not being able to speak to someone on the phone is unacceptable in 2026. Email's that take 7 days to get a response too that's not a generic acknowledgement of your initial email is not good enough.
Whilst I very much like the clothes, I won't waste time ordering with them again. I do not recommend. In this digital age, customer service and companies being contactable should be standard!

I really was looking forward to receiving this denim dress with the scoop neckline but when it arrived the neckline was very baggy and ill fitting, the details in rest of the dress and pockets were nice and I liked it enough to make the neckline alterations and keep the dress . I sent an e mail to nobody’s child pointing out the defects , sent a photo and they offered to give a part refund which I accepted. It’s very annoying when something u purchase for good money has these flaws but they did respond promptly and offer some compensation.

My order was delivered to the wrong address. Within 48 hours of me contacting Nobody's Child a replacement order was received. Excellent customer service and great quality clothing thank you 😊.

I ordered two jumpsuits in various sizes, none of which were suitable for me in the end, and due to a number of reasons I was just outside the timeframe to return them. I got in touch with Nobody’s Child and explained my situation - RJ was extremely understanding and helpful, and I was able to get the jumpsuits returned to them. Very impressed with the customer service I received :)

Meg emailed me and apologised for the delay in responding as they had been so busy, she answered my query and even offered 15% off my next order which was kind and generous.

Unfortunately my recent purchase from Nobody’s Child got lost in transit. I emailed the company and had a speedy reply from Meg the customer care advisor. She was so helpful and professional sorting out this issue for me to which I’m extremely grateful. A big thank you Meg.Keep up the good work.

My first time buying from this brand but I wouldn't have if I had known about the return fee of £4.
The item I recieved was faulty, I shouldn't be penalised for that.

AVOID !! Please believe the bad reviews about this company and AVOID !!!Nearly 2 weeks since I ordered, nothing arrived, and no reply to emails. First and last order. I blame myself for not checking Trustpilot reviews before ordering from this company.

Love the brand but also the support I've received several times. Quick responses and very adequate handling of the issues.
