Gorgeous clothes, great quality. We had to send some back just past the returns date due to illness, they were really understanding and Customer Services were really quick and efficient (Violeta). Would shop there again for sure

I had no issues with NC. I was very impressed they provided a exchange service which I love and the items arrived promptly.
I was worried as I thought there would be a delay with my return and I bought the items in klarna, but I was able to email and had a swift response asking for my oder details and the stated they had arrived and I would be reimbursed in 7 working days. No issues really. I also didn't have to pay for the returns as far as I'm aware unless it comes off my return.

Only four stars because I haven't returned my item yet so can't comment on that aspect.
But, five stars for the dress, which is beautiful and fits perfectly. As this is my first purchase from NC I was unsure about fit and ordered two sizes, hence the return, but I need not have bothered as the fitting is true to size.
I live outside the UK and had a question about the customs form. I asked the AI bot and, although I hate those things, got a perfectly helpful and coherent reply. Then things got more complicated vis à vis the return and the bot put me in contact with a human (Rory) who was super helpful, patient, and finally organised a free mail return label. Five stars to Rory!

The styles available from NC are absolutely stunning, I have around thirty NC pieces now. Mostly midi dresses with a couple of tops/skirts and a couple of shorter dresses. I have a lot of Starlight, Saffy, Mona, Dallas, Bardot styles.

My main concerns are the quality and sizing.

Sizing is wildly inconsistent. In some dresses a size 6 is baggy, in another I’m a 12. And the clothing shrinks really unpredictably. Some items don’t shrink at all, while others shrink so badly I have to buy a 12 knowing it’ll shrink to an 8. However you can’t know how much or if it’ll shrink until washing, which means removing the returns tag. So multiple times now I’ve bought a dress that fits great, washed it, it shrank, I can’t return it, and then need to purchase a larger size from them and resell the first dress on vinted. I wash exclusively on a cold low spin wash and hang dry so I’m not doing anything to cause shrinkage. Some dresses become unwearable as the buttons gape when the dress has shrunk.

Examples are buttons being very poorly sewn on, threads fraying before even being washed, holes appearing, zips turning sideways creating a lump on the silhouette. I tend to visit my local seamstress to try and fix them and have spent a fortune there fixing the quality issues from nobody’s child. I have to say, clothes from supermarkets like Morrisons and Tesco are far better quality, hold up well in the wash, and last longer. NC states they want their pieces to be hand me downs but the quality just isn’t there considering a lot of the dresses are near £100 or even more.

If you like their pieces I’d strongly recommend buying second hand on vinted as they’re a more realistic price. Or checking out websites like flannels and sports direct which sell NC at a discount.

I feel a bit of a mug for continuing to support the brand so now only purchase from resellers. Their styles are absolutely sublime and I get tonnes of compliments every time I wear a NC dress! It’s just such a shame they are priced at a premium level while being fast fashion quality. I would honestly be surprised if even Shein or Temu clothes don't hold up better. In their sale you can pick up a dress for £20-30 which is more realistic, I’d advise this if you want to buy directly from the brand.

I had a query about a return, I was initially concerned that I could not telephone and speak to someone and I was dubious my email would get replied to. However the customer service was excellent and went above and beyond what I expected thank you.

I am trying to return two dresses and my order code is showing up as invalid, so it's impossible to proceed. I have messaged the customer service twice and am just getting an AI bot's response telling me the same thing that doesn't work. The items were bought on sale and I will soon loose the returns window unless I can get a real answer and help from a human, or an AI system that works...The dresses were ok, lovely colours and design, but thin fabric that either hangs or clings weirdly in all the wrong places.

I recently had a problem with a missing return package to the Nobody's child co. I had no help from Royal mail so contacted the company. A member of staff Rory responded and sorted the problem within a couple of hours.
Such efficient service well done NBC.
Excellent products and excellent service so rare these days.

Nobody’s child was very helpful and quick in returning an email I sent. Due unforeseen circumstances I couldn’t return the item within the policy date

I'm a loyal customer of NC and have never had issues with my orders but on this one occasion, an item was missing from my delivery. I recently purchased another dress which was in the sale. However when it arrived it was larger made my correct size but far to big. The dress was not available in the smaller size so I had to return. My disappointment was I paid £5 for delivery and £4 for the return so it cost me £9 and I got nothing. Will not be ordering again as I can't afford these expensive charges. Unhappy was loyal customer

I bought several items from Nobody's Child during the summer season .... all of which I have been delighted with. I found the ordering process to be very simple and my order arrived in good time and items were as expected, perhaps even better than expected given the very reasonable price tag. I did have occasion to contact customer services and found Rory to be extremely helpful which suggests that the company has a very customer friendly outlook. I would not hesitate to recommend Nobody's Child to others and will certainly be buying from them with confidence in the future.

I’ve received my order where the tag on the dress and the label in the dress are both different, with the tag saying size 8 but the label in the dress shows it’s clearly a size 4, and hence two sizes too small. I urgently needed this in the right size but I cannot get past AI nonsense to speak to a real person to get this resolved and I cannot wait for a refund before I reorder. Really poor service.

Fantastic customer service.
I bought a dress which I love, however one of the buttons at the front popped from its cover so it was just the metal on show. The label did not come with spare button, which is unusual for this brand. The dress was ruined without the matching buttons. I contacted customer service who were really helpful and got me perfect match replacement.
The quality is great and the design is lovely, and they care for the clients. Thank you so very much!

I recently bought a pair of culottes, choosing the size based on Nobody's Child size guide. They turned out to be enormous and made of a very scratchy material which would have driven me mad, so I returned them the same day I picked them up. The return process was smooth; I was kept informed re progress and refunded within a few days. However, I object to the handling fee (£4) which is deducted from the original amount paid. It's impossible to be certain if something will be right for you (or not) and I feel the fee (while not huge) is unreasonable. In future, I will either buy Nobody's Child products instore or from another retailer like M&S, who don't do this. There isn't any advantage to shopping direct with this brand.
