Ordering with Nobody’s Child has always been easy and when I made a mistake returning a couple of items their customer service were great. Especially Rory, who dealt with my return and refund issue very helpfully and kindly.

I bought an item from this company sadly unsuitable. They took £9 from the return. I know some companies charge the return cost. But £9 is far too much. Enough not to even view their website again

The customer service I received from NC was excellent; very efficient and helpful. Rory went above and beyond to help me with an issue I had with returns and I will be returning to make future purchases.

I ordered a size larger than usual, and the dress still came out far too small. The sizing is clearly inaccurate and the size chart can't be trusted.
The material is also poor quality. It feels cheap and flimsy, and it doesn't look like the photos, including the colour.
When I tried to return it, the process was extremely difficult. Arranging a courier myself to send it back would cost much more than the dress itself, which makes returning it pointless. I contacted customer service several times, asking them to provide a prepaid return label or to deduct the shipping cost from my refund, but I never received a reply.
I wouldn't order from this seller again, and I can't recommend it.

Update on 29/10:
They did eventually reply, but only after I filed a complaint. Their offer was a refund of just €17 out of the €53 I paid, and I had also paid €16 for shipping. Refunding less than a third of the order value is unacceptable.

Love the styles of nobody's child but do find some items pricey for the quality
Don't enjoy the returns fee, will think twice when doing another order whether i truly need or not, it's a bit off putting

Sizing is awful.

You'd expect a size 14 to be about the right size for a size 14. My friend who is a size 10 tried it on and found it very tight.

Quality of the dress and the material are nice, but what's the point if you can't wear it?

Rory in customer service was so very helpful in finding a jacket for me in one of the shops, which they held for me until I could collect it.

I bought a dress from John Lewis, but didn’t wear it for months. When I got it out to wear, a button was missing.

I emailed the team at nobodys child and asked if they had any buttons - they did and posted one out.

Such a small thing but it made a difference. I can wear the dress, it’s not a waste of money and it’s showing me that they have great customer service which makes me more inclined to buy.

I paid for next day delivery but the photos from the delivery driver showed that my package was being delivered to the wrong address. I contacted customer services, and they refunded the cost of the next day delivery. I spoke with Rory who was friendly, polite and efficient.
