Everything from start to finish was so professional from sending out the pre-paid packaging to me to them receiving it. They emailed me to say it arrived and would have my ring back in two weeks. I received my ring in a beautiful box tied with a ribbon. I also received a certificate with me dogs name on it. I had fur put into a ring and it was elegantly placed, i also had sprinkles put into the ring which looks like Buddy birth stone opal. Im over the moon with my ring and would recommend you to all my Family and friends. Thank you for making such a beautiful ring i love it ❤️💍

Charm was beautiful.
Was really pleased with my charm with my sisters ashes. Looked at many sites and decided on this one. Having never done anything like this before, Nicky Memorial Jewellery kept me informed all the way through. When I had a query they came back to me straight away. They send all the packaging out to you to safely send your precious ashes to them. Received it back really quickly in the time scale they said. Would definitely recommend.

The most amazing customer service, had troubles with Royal Mail and they went above and beyond to ensure that I got my parcel in time. Even a little email before posting to explain how the ring had come out. Beautiful jewellery, 10/10 would buy from them again.

Nervous purchase of ashes jewellery
My order was unusual and I forgot to pay less with valid discount.
Nicky Robin sorted it all out and despite Royal Mail strikes I got my order still in the time frame. It could notchave gone more smoothly.
I was nervous of opening the ashes jewellery but when I did they surpassed expectation.
Recipients will get them on Xmas Eve, hope they like them.
