I would give it zero but not an option
I would give it zero but not an option. I ordered something and they charged me shipping when it's always been free for the many years I've ordered from them. They use AI now for customer support and it's really bad. I tired to get it canceled without success. They lost a customer.

Very slow order fulfillment
Very slow order fulfillment. When I inquired about order status AI responded, not a human. I requested expedited shipping. Never received a response from a human. Order shipped via Pony Express as usual. All in all poor customer service.
