The product I ordered was over a month late in getting to me and I understand that it was out at the warehouse. When it arrived the pump handle was smashed/broken in shipping. I usually receive the item in a protective box, but this time it came in a bubble wrap envelope.
Otherwise, I am happy with the product and service.

NHC has great products at a great price. If you choose to subscribe to a product that you use regularly you are easily able to change the delivery date whenever necessary.

You had promised a discount code that would be sent to my email if I subscribed to the email. I did and the coupon code email never came. I wrote you asking for it and your company bot response said you will contact me with the code. You never did. Repeated emails were also ignored. Not a good look for your company.

I am a little disappointed that it would not let me checkout without agreeing to a subscription for reoccurring shipments. I do not want that but had to add it to get out with my discounts. I have been with you for years and this has never been a problem. I will cancel the subscription when I can. Really, guys, this is bad!
