Could never talk to a person had to order online and now we have to pay for shipping

I love that they do Auto ship and that there are no issues. I'm notified that the product is about to be shipped. I'm given ample time to make any changes if needed before they actually ship the order. They let me know when my order ships and when I should expect it to arrive. NHC is a great company to work with.

I shop and usually purchase the majority of my supplements and body care products from NHC.
Also, I have 1 subscription that generates an email to alert me that it’s about to ship, with the added benefit that I can change the ship date conveniently from that same email.
Most of their prices are competitive as is the product selection.
What I’m not happy with is the recent addition of auto subscribing to anything I add to my cart.

I did not place this order. I emailed you last Saturday that it was a mistake and that I am not enrolled in an automatic refill program. I was told it was a mistake and would be corrected. I have gotten emails all weekend that it has been shipped, it is on the way, and how did we do. Terrible

Fast, easy, reasonably priced and efficient way to order supplements.
Have used NHC for years and enjoy their rewards program.

I did have a re-order request. Please stop the reorder. I just received from you another shipment for Vitamin C. this now gives me too much vitamin C. please send me a confirmation on this or I will have to cancel my credit card so you won't be able to bill me

I am able to schedule my Supplements when I want them delivered.
NHC takes care of the rest.
My Supplements are delivered on schedule and that keeps my On Hand Inventory Low,

Slow 4 days mailing out. Service is now poor, change since over 6 years .

I've been a customer of both Vitacost and iHerb for many years. Their recent merger is proof that both have forgotten that customers and attention to customer service are the only thing that keeps them in business. Fortunately their merger has left room for NHC to step into the void and stay focused on customer service, which, on my first order was demonstrated with assistance from a REAL HUMAN BEING, NOT AI BOTS, and using PAYPAL, not forcing customers to use payment method 'SHOP"! Good on you, NHC. My customer service call with Tracy was a very good beginning!!

I ask before did you have free samples and know one répond to my email this is like my 3 or 4 order I was just asking about samples so I can try some of your new stuff Thank you 😊

Ever since Renew Wellness Brands bought out NHC, product offerings and service have gone downhill. Products are routinely out of stock. You have to muscle your way past "Natalie," the snippy new virtual assistant, to try to talk to a real person. Customer service reps sound like they hate their job (probably because they're getting so many complaints). And in June--without any notice to its customers--they pulled the loyalty points program. Now you can get that only if you place a subscription order. That's not a loyalty program. That's a bid to get more passive income from automated orders. The "new" NHC is a pale shadow of what it used to be.

Use of the webdsite has become more difficult to manage. Great products and love the rewards. Signing in is harder to find.

Worked with doing a different bundle package and shipping a little earlier then planned.
