I am a little disappointed that it would not let me checkout without agreeing to a subscription for reoccurring shipments. I do not want that but had to add it to get out with my discounts. I have been with you for years and this has never been a problem. I will cancel the subscription when I can. Really, guys, this is bad!

NHC is reliable.
I like the ease of ordering through the website and arranging for repeat deliveries. If I need to make a change, I can call or make the change online. It’s easy to keep my supplements in stock.

The flash sale in my inbox for 15% off did not work. I have an account but does not automatically register me when I order for rewards or discounts. If you could make the program an automatic registration when I put an item in the shopping cart that would help me save a few dollars. Thanks. Otherwise the products are very good.

The CS rep realized that a product I have ordered for several years was on automatic ship every 30 days. well, I have enough back-stock for 2 years at least. She fixed the problem quickly. She also sent me a return sticker for the order that was cleared today.
