Great product, and even better customer service.
I recently ordered the F-GT Pro cockpit, and while the delivery itself ran into problems (entirely due to the courier, not Next Level Racing), the support I received throughout was genuinely outstanding.
A special mention has to go to Dylan, who handled everything from start to finish. He was honest, quick to respond, and genuinely cared about getting things sorted. When my original parcel got lost by the courier and the replacement arrived with a small transport-related defect, he sorted out a fair solution without any hassle at all. He kept me updated at every step and turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a really positive one.
The cockpit itself is fantastic — extremely solid, high quality, and easy to set up. Exactly what I was hoping for.
Great product, and even better customer service. Thank you, Dylan, and the whole Next Level Racing team!
