The return policy seems good until you need to go through the actual process, so make sure you are fully committed to product before purchasing. My product was unopened which appears to be no issue at all to send it back as it says there is only a restocking fee on opened products, however seeing that your you will be responsible for shipping prices back, after getting a quote to ship it back it would cost me roughly the same price to just keep the product and keep in mind that is an UNOPENED product not subject to restocking fees. I can only imagine returning an opened product subject to restock fees, it appears it will actually cost you more to send it back than to just keep it. Disappointing to say the least.

Great rig
Great rig. I got the formula lite pro and the install took me some time to figure out but once I got it setup it’s been amaaaazing. They also gave me loads of extra tools and screws in case I needed them. it’s so nice to have. 10/10 job I will be buying another cockpit when I get the money!

Hok was super helpful
Hok was super helpful, gave me all the information I needed. And I'll be back to buy.
Returned the next day purchased Next Level GTRacer 2.0. Assembly to complete with extensive instruction booklet and video on YouTube is helpful. Again Hok was there to process the purchase and order the steering wheel set up that had just sold out. Highly recommend Hok and Pagnian Imports at Bundall.
