I had my HF8 Pro get lost in transit and I couldn’t get an answer from UPS or NLR. I felt like I had just lost 300 dollars. But when Dylan Cooper got back to me he made this whole experience a complete turn around and me a life long customer of NLR he was quick with his responses and got me a new HF8 Pro coming in what felt like the next day. Just a great dude and an awesome company to work with.

The cockpit felt amazing, Hok was very helpful too and sat me through all the different set ups I could run and made my experience very easy.

I ordered the GT Racer 2.0 and I’m not sure what exactly happened but I ordered it 3 weeks ago and I’m not even sure if it’s coming anymore. I put in 3 support tickets and got a response to only the 3rd one saying “we’ll look into it” with no further information. I believe this company has good products, however I was expecting a 3-4 day delivery and after waiting 3 weeks for the item to not even be shipped, it makes me not wanna buy online from NLS again. At this point, I might just try to get my refund because I don’t think anybody knows where my package is at.

The cockpit is an exactly as advertised. I love how easy it is to adjust the seat like a real car. You can feel the haptics from the wheel base on the chassis a little too which I didn’t expect. It’s a bit on the heavy side so it’s not the easiest to fold and store away on the wall as advertised but it works! I would highly recommend this product for those who want comfortable racing experience with limited space in the house or if you’ll be using the cockpit with multiple setups.

Really quick delivery, clear instructions on the leaflet and the build quality is simply lovely. I've been running my GT RACER 2.0 on endurance events on iracing and I've yet to have a complaint about anything, even in long stints it remains comfortable! 10/10 Purchase would defiantly recommend getting a rig of Next Level Racing

I bought a three monitor stand and the Boeing rig. Getting it all together was not too bad a task. One thing I quickly noticed is the stand with 27" monitors is too small, so guess I just find another use for those brand new monitors and buy bigger ones since I am made of money. But the rig, it feels flimsy for the yoke, the placement of the other controls feels too low and too close to the seat. I have literally moved my other rig next to this one to sit the keyboard and mouse onto. Overall I'd happily spent more money for better quality and still annoyed about the monitors but oh well, like I said luckily I am made of money .........

I lost some parts for my Flight Sim seat moving house. Next Level Racing supplied the parts to me free of charge! They organised rapid shipping and I’m back in action! Great customer service!!
