Testing to see if this review appears. Others deserve to know that it’s mathematically impossible for a company with ~30% 5-star reviews and ~60% 1-star reviews to average 3.5 stars.

Let’s do the math:
(30×5) + ... + (60×1) = 210
210 ÷ 100 = 2.1

Even excluding 2-, 3-, and 4-star reviews for simplicity, you can see something doesn’t add up. Either the platform is using weighted averages that aren’t transparent, or it’s suppressing negative reviews. Either way, it casts doubt on the trustworthiness of the system itself.

Christian D. was very helpful. He was able to get me a price match in the form of a giftcard reimbursement on an item that went on sale a couple of days after I had purchased it.

I used to use Newegg back in the day. My computer was so slow. I had asked AI to direct me to a good place to buy RAM for my PC and it gave me a link to Neweggs website and the exact product I needed. The price was great, the shipping and tracking info was fast and the RAM works flawlessly. I am so happy I wanted to leave a great review! 😀

Knowledgeable and efficient agent

Absolutely amazing. Brand new laptop developed an error ar the first restart. I think his name was Chris. He set me in the right direction. It took 5 hours for the reset to complete. Way past his time to go home. I cut the call by my choice so he could go home. He gave me a call back today, Monday, July 7th as a follow up. He was/is great!!!

I was missing two items from a shipment, and Christian D. worked with me to get a claim submitted to receive a replacement for both items. It was a quick process and Christian was very helpful.

I've taken the dive and gave Newegg a chance. After all the GN drama and even still the amount of negative light they've been getting I figured I'd give them a chance. I ordered a new Motherboard, ram, and a new PSU from a third party seller. So far so good, I haven't had any issues with these parts and look to continue to enjoy them for the foreseeable future.

This was my second attempt with customer service trying to resolve a refund issue. Customer service rep Chris resolved it quickly.

Chris save my house that was caught on fire and stopped a bomb from blowing up. He is a super hero.

Chris from tech support was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He heard what I needed and understood how best to help. He went over and beyond in doing so and in the most pleasant of ways!!!

Newegg is great as always. They are the microcenter of the internet. you can tell they really car and are really gamers also. my 5090 was delayed a day (heartbreaking ) and they made me feel special and refunded the shipping and game me a small credit. more importantly they made me feel heard and understood. Ups delay is NOT there fault but they still took care of it as it was thank you Christian D. for your help

Chris with technical support went above and beyond my expectations. He helped me trouble shoot my PC. His communication skills are on point. I will definitely be buying from newegg again. Thank you chris for all your hard work getting me up and running.

I was expecting pushback for the return of a bad $2000 motherboard. Not only did Vince listen well to the entire issue, but he also resolved it very quickly and to my entire satisfaction! This is one of the many reasons I have remained a loyal customer for over 15 years. I am amazed that in these times, you can still find a company that stands by its products. I highly recommend Newegg, and I can't imagine buying from someone else.

Ordered a 9800x3d, AsRock x870e, and G.skill trident z5 neo 64gb to upgrade my rig. Had trouble with the Motherboard, tech support helped me troubleshoot and get to the bottom of the problem. Unfortunately, the board needed to be sent back because it was more than likely defective. Both representatives I talked to were knowledgeable and supportive and didn't give me a hard time. I will continue to buy from Newegg in the future. The CPU and RAM are perfect.
