Bought some RAM from another vendor for my Dell and wouldn't boot. Returned it and bought from Newegg. Then I learned I needed to wait 20 minutes for the memory to be mapped (I guess this was the TPM's way of saying, "Wait a minute..."). Now that I've doubled the memory, my machine handles all of my apps with ease. Except for Firefox, which past 10 tabs turns into a drunken sailor.

I was given options from Newegg after a difficult time, and they actually gave me a refund to which I am grateful. For not being unbending and helping a client out I will use them again!

Their shipping is swift and at a reasonable cost when not shipped for free. Their customer service has always been very good for me. The deliver on every measurement that matters.

I also feel more secure ordering pc parts from newegg than amazon - some amazon shipping is very questionable, like lately they are shipping things in a paper bag and I've had some items damaged because of this. I feel Newegg specialized in tech, so their policies are geared to this. Amazon sells everything under the sun, so sometimes they treat your precious motherboard like a cheap plushie.

I've been a customer of Newegg for more than twenty years now, and from their website search engine (should be an industry standard, it's that good) to their customer support (which I haven't needed much, but they're fantastic when I do) to their delivery system; they are outstanding.

One wish, though: bring back the Newegg branded boxes. Kinda makes it feel like Christmas when one shows up!

Digital code delivery happened quickly and as advertised. They also keep a history of your codes on your account, if you forget or cannot find the email. Good site.

They have a vast selection of computer products and always have competitive pricing and special daily deals. Shipping is not free, but it is very reasonable and delivery is quick too.
