Netspend is AWESOME
Netspend is the best thing to happen since banks! There are no large fees, it isn't stressful to transfer money, and I love being able to get paid two days early!

Netspend...It is not what went wrong…
Netspend...It is not what went wrong this time, it is what goes wrong every time. I have had many disappointing experiences calling in for assistance, and forget trying to get help by using the secure mailbox system. Your Representatives are rude, most with the knowledge they are free to do so because if a complaint is made, no one will do anything.

I have been with NetSpend for several years they have always been very helpful at resolving any issues. I never received the card I ordered but other than that I am very satisfied. They have stopped my card from access when it was hacked several times.
