I tried it at a vending machine
I tried it at a vending machine, rejected. I tried it at Walmart, rejected. Only worked when Tracphone went in to pay the cell fee.

too many fees
I like the card but lately they have been charging to many fees, if I receive or send a transfer they charge a 2 dollar fee. it's getting to be too much.

I have identity theft and I keep getting emails saying that net spend is talk to the person like it's me.. first off I'm a woman this person is a man. Second I reported this going on 2 weeks and still getting emails 3 I have over $ 600 I'm still waiting to see and my disputes are being denied they want me to do this and do that .. I do it and DENIED 4 netsoend is like pulling teeth to get help to get my money back from them I'm over here bagging for MY MONEY.. AND THIS MAN IS SPENDING IT BECAUSE IM GETTING NOTIFICATIONS WHEN HE IS AND STILL NO HELP TO GET A PENNY BACK. IM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND VERY MAD

In 4 short months you have charged me 125.00 plus in fees and told me I choose the plan and I didn't. you chose it and manipulated a senior. Hope you feel good about that and I am sure you'll get what's coming to you.

Best PrePaid Card Hands Down
I've been using Netspend for 8 years and I can't praise it enough! Getting a Netspend card is simple, the sign-up process is straightforward, and their app is very efficient. In all these years, I've only needed to contact customer service 4-5 times, and they've always been available and resolved my issues promptly. I have my paycheck directly deposited into my Netspend account, and I've never had any problems with my money, even when paying bills.

The only deterrent is that when you have a full-time card. The Publix supermarkets here in zip. Code 3429234293 and 3 4 2 8 5. Do not take the card on this system. In their stores which would be extremely convenient. The other thing is that you charge more than other places for a fee unless you give more credit to the customer in this regard, you may have more sales.

Will You Ever Issue CHIP Cards to Your Customers?
I keep suggesting that you issue a "chip" card. These recommendations for some reason have not been implemented. It's funny. Once, I needed a new card, and I ACTUALLY received a NetSpend CHIP card. Soon after that, my wallet was stolen in Bandon, Oregon. The new card I received was back to being NOT a CHIP card???
The only other thing is that it is difficult and expensive to make deposits or withdrawals to or from my account. The only thing that I use are dirrect deposit, ACH transactions and online transactions.
