Well, I can get on the app. And check my online account and see all my information that I need to know. Also I can assure you that there's no mixups, no hassles, no back-and-forth, no need to call any operators, just simple 12 steps in sign on and review your account. It's great and I like it

Because I got the card after I saw the ad on Facebook so then I went to go and sign up for the card because you all said that there would be a bonus of $200.00 on the card after opening an account and there was no no $200.00 so you all lied to me

Hi Jesus, we're so sorry to hear you missed the information about fees in the terms and conditions that you agreed to when signing up.
You can contact support about switching to a Netspend All Access account so you have a low monthly fee instead of a per transaction fee. Thank you.

I’ve been using NetSpend since 2018. Never had an issue with the card , when I have a conflict and call number for operators are very courtesy and professional

Charge $2 for every single transaction…
Charge $2 for every single transaction which is wild. And instead of showing the fee on your statement it shows it as if you spent it with the merchant. Not worth it to use for multiple purchases because you lose so much value
edit: yes I understand its part of the terms and conditions---just saying its not worth it to make multiple purchases because the fees will drain your balance.
What I DO NOT like is how it shows on the statements. For example I had a $100 card. Because of the $2 fee I could only make a purchase up to $98 (if only making one transaction for the full balance). But on my statement rather than showing a $98 transaction to the merchant and another $2 transaction fee my statement appeared as if I made a $100 purchase at the merchant.

You must register your card to add money.
I just purchased my card and I didn't register it to add money. Afterwards it was reloaded at the place of purchase. I had the money within 30 minutes.
