I'd give Netspend a negative million rating if it were possible.The company adamantly refuses to reverse the unauthorized transactions.The woman(E.F.) on the corporate response team in January 2025 who was assigned to my case never answers me when I call her direct number(1-800-264-8359) nor does she call me at my chosen day and time within Netspend business hours even after requesting a day and time to receive a call from her.Netspend is not committed to doing what is right.A greedy,incompetent company such as this needs to be sued into oblivion.The unauthorized transactions date back to 2023.

Do not use this company they are worthless. A hotel in Nashville refunded me my money back on June 26th. I have called several times because the hotel immediately refunded me my money even sent me an e receipt showing that they had refunded every time I call Netspend to see why my money is not back on my card they say oh takes 7 days then 2 hrs now these frauds are saying I need to send in the name of hotel name of manager hotel phone number. When they clearly see the merchant has refunded my money. Do NOT USE THEM IF YOUR MONEY IS STOLEN THEY WILL DO NOTHING WORTHLESS SCAMMERS

Please tell me why a paper ID is not acceptable when that is what the state deems acceptable? You have my old id, paystub, tax return, alt bank statement, SS card. You never had a problem accepting who I am since 2012. Not once did you ask for my id. This is unacceptable. It can be 2-6 weeks before I receive my permanent ID. I can't even access my account. I do not feel like my money is safe. I have kids and seniors I am responsible for. Where is my money NetSpend? ref4007813640

Once again, learning that a large corporation has everything in mind with making your money theirs has not yet been so blatantly exercised in personal experience as these people have so unprofessionally displayed. I might even be centimeters away from suggesting criminal element in the policies and actions of this warped and ungodly financial brainchild. These people need to be shut down. Quite frankly, I hold so much more confidence in a company who's founder is no longer with us (CASHAPP) than I do NESTSPEND. The reasoning is simple, I've never once had the need to speak with customer service at CASH APP because CASH APP doesn't clown me using my own money. Nestspend should've be a thing of the past a loooong time ago. Seriously.

I have been with Netspend for years & I would not trade them for any bank in my town, they have always had my back over the years. My account has recently been hacked no thanks to walmart stores an before the money could even be stolen Netspend froze my card. I am so grateful I chose this bank & card I've never regretted it once... HUGE SHOUT OUT GREAT JOB MAKING CUSTOMERS FEEL LIKE THEY TRULY MATTER...

Last year NetSpend card gave me the option of adding as much as I desire for one fee. This renewal card now only gives me a 500 dollar limit per adding which makes me spend a fee each time , when I need more then that amount on my card, plus the inconvenience of going to different places to keep adding more money.

I have been trying to sign into my mobile app for over 2months now. I had to change me old email because of security issues. I then had my email changed and is up to date with the one on file for my account. However I can't login due to the security code always being sent to my old email. I have called numerous times sent numerous emails. I have been told the same things over and over and still am unable to login to mobile account. I am thinking the only way to correct this issue is to try a different prepaid company and hopefully not have this same issue.

I haven’t had any serious issues with Netspend and my only negative is that I have issues understanding the agents. They don’t use American agents.

Some one hack into my account and you never never gave me back My money at all

Used netspend 3 years ago its stll bad they charge a 9 dollar fee each month as they have locked me out of my bank account for no reason after not using it for months do not use this bank please it's worse then paypal prepaid

My card was on Apple Pay and got hacked they got me for 400.00 and they didn’t find fault in it. I even gave them the guys name and where it went and filed a police report. I wouldn’t recommend this bank. I’ve been banking with this bank for years and they done me dirty

Cool card to have

I was a Netspend customer before, and I have always have a great experience with the service. I am again a customer and I am still very satisfied with the quality of service.

I use many online banks as well as local branches for different bills, savings, loans, etc. I have never in my life had a bank that charged me $2.00 every time I swiped my card for a purchase! Whether I use my pin or run it as debit, Netspend charged me a $2.00 fee. I guess it's my fault for not reading all the fine print. Best bet you will never see me with a Netspend card, nor recommend such a company that wants to nickel and dime people out of their hard earned money!

Very well put together bank I need system.
