Over the years, we’ve been trying to come up with the best way to say, “Hello, we’re Neptune, and this is who we are.” It’s easy to learn that we’re an interiors brand – our stores, and our website will tell you that in no time. But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. That’s where our philosophy – a different perspective – comes in. Three words that sum up our entire reason for being.

We do what we do because we believe our designs can make your life that little bit happier, easier and better.

Really disappointing and vague customer service
Really disappointing - tried to book a personal bespoke interior design meeting only to be told that the colleague who provided the service was not available
Very vague response when I asked when they would be available. Told to call back to speak to the manager in a couple of weeks
Really disappointed and frustrated by lack of detailed response and very. unhelpful.

I went into the store to get the design…
I went into the store to get the design service from Maeve and I was told she was made redundant. This is such a shame/ oversight ! . She had some amazing ideas to help me with my extension. I won’t be coming back to Neptune without this service

Bought a duvet cover but no pillowcases…
Bought a duvet cover but no pillowcases to match either online or in local stores By ringing around it transpired Canterbury had some I phoned asking if they could post them if I paid postage -absolutely no chance they could do this I said it doesn’t have to be straight away , just if someone’s passing a post box No one could do this -maybe it’s not something they normally do but I know if I worked on the store I’d be more than happy to help someone out Duvet cover is lovely but doesn’t look right with no pillowcases to match Normally use Hailsham branch who are great

A wonderful service as always at the beautiful Neptune Store in Canterbury. The ladies are so warm and welcoming and it is a complete joy to shop there. A incredibly thoughtful touch was the candle they gifted me for moving into my first home. A truly standout touch and it has made my weekend. Wonderful Experience with Neptune Canterbury Interior Designer
Initially we popped into Neptune Canterbury just for a look. We were so impressed with the beautiful suites, we decided to use their interior designer, Sarah to come along and design our lounge for us. Well what can I say. Sarah and Sam have been so fantastic helping us to complete our look from the very first initial meeting with them to the final delivery and styling.
Thankyou once again to all the staff at Canterbury but in particular to Sarah and Sam. It has been a wonderful experience.

Neptune arrived on the Day and Time they said they would .
The delivery went very smoothly and the 2 delivery guys were polite and very professional and helpful.

Staff and service was excellent
Staff and service was excellent, very polite, helpful and friendly.
Ordered a mirror on Thursday and was delivered to our home on Monday.
This was our first experience with Neptune at Canterbury certainly won’t be our last.

Neptune - pretty things and a lot of good quality things too! I would not look any further for a high quality furniture at more or less reasonable price, which is also very well designed. But boy, oh boy, a few of your staff I had the pleasure of meeting have a snobbish attitude.
Do your business a favor and train your staff to be nice. This won't cost much but will make such a difference!! After all, you don't want to be constantly putting your items on sale.
